Cute little place with great bagels! A little pricey for a bagel, but not unusual for the area. Kind staff ? I recommend the sourdough, everything, cheddar, and jalapeno cheddar

I've come here semi-regularly for about a decade now. The bagels are good and fresh, and the pastries (shoutout to the cinnamon roll) are perfect. I recognize most of the staff; they have been working there as long as I can remember. Only issue is bagels are a bit on the pricey side imo. For a frame of reference, my sausage egg and cheese was ~$8, and a bagel w/ cream cheese is $4.25. Despite the price, I would recommend this place to locals and visitors.

I come here weekly and the bagels here are great and the staff are friendly. The reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the ordering process is really inefficient and frustrating as a customer. Basically you repeat your order 2-3 times to the kitchen, and they repeat it to each other down the command line, then it’s repeated again to the cashier. Nothing is written down. I have gotten multiple orders wrong before because you’re relying on their game of telephone. On a bad day I’m repeating my order to them 3-5 times for them to get it right. I just wish they wrote the orders down, it would be so much more efficient and much less room for mistakes!!

Best bagels in the area. I love the jalapeño cream cheese. The cinnamon sugar bagel is good too, but you have to get there early enough or else they're gone. Also have an amazing drink selection -- huge variety!

Simple, tasty, and hits the spot if you're looking for a bagel breakfast sandwich. I would recommend sausage, egg, and cheese on the jalapeno cheese bagel. If you don't want something with a kick, the asiago cheese bagel.

Arrived as the doors opened and the bagels were coming out. The whole place smelled like fresh yeasty goodness. The coffee was fresh.

Definitely the best breakfast sandwich in the area! Sausage is so good. Love supporting this family owned business that has been a solid spot for years.

Best New York bagels this side of the Brooklyn Bridge. Service - exemplary; food - worth coming back everyday. Get yourself a jalapeño cheddar bagel, but leave one for me!

Great neighborhood spot for a bagel or breakfast sandwich. Constantly busy on weekends. The only bad parts is they microwave the eggs for the breakfast sandwiches. Not a big deal. The space is tiny with a couple tables outside & there is a Starbs right next door. We shop at the grocery store & other businesses located in the same shopping center, so we will probably be back.

Regularly served stale bagels. Today's was hard as a rock on one side. Rarely get simple orders right. They need to write them down properly. Have to remove and discard random things that I didn't ask for--cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, capers... If you watch them like a hawk, and correct them while they make your order, and you aren't given a stale bagel, the result is quite good and proper.

Decent bagels- better than average for the Bay Area (I'm a New Yorker). The bagel sandwiches are great. Parking is easy in the lot.
