There was a cooler outside. I picked it up within a few minutes of it being put in there. I have it on camera. It had gotten warm during the transportation. I can show you the footage with the cooler in it. The fact that you are trying to put the blame on me is really galling. I used a discount code that was supposed to be valid by that date and it did not go through. Why was it not still valid? Then you told me to use a different discount code that had not been sent. I have worked in eCommerce for many years and this is very shabby practice. The helpful hint on consuming spoiled meat shows that you do NOT care about your customers. I will not be wasting my money with you any more. This kind of customer treatment deserves to be publicized.
