I went today with my son, a situation happened with the food, accidents happen to all of us even at home, but what surprised me is that although I was very respectful, people do not always react well or accept when something happens, and the waitress Very professional, she tells me I'm sorry, I let her talk to the manager, I see that the manager runs out of her office and makes sure that my food comes out quickly and I was sitting with my son in a corner but I could see that all the time she was making sure that My food came out quickly, I was so happy with the service. Then, without asking, they gave me a discount and I said no, please don't give me everything. It was great and she says of course we'll give it to you because we made a mistake with your dish. It was something minimal that really happened but they took it so seriously that wow, that only shows that they do care that their clients are well served. I always go to this place with my family and the workers are always friendly and respectful. I really recommend you go, you won't regret it. Also, notice how clean they keep everything, the tables and the floors, although most of it is carpeted, it is always clean and doesn't smell at all bad like other places with carpet, you can see the cleanliness there. Every month that I meet with my family we go there because we share the road and drive to a halfway point, but when I go to Redwood City the story is different, that's why I recommend that even if you have to drive more, you go to this place. The service and atmosphere deserves a 100. The food is good but not as good as the great customer service. Really my family and I will continue visiting this restaurant. I wish all places had workers like the ones this place has, one eats comfortably, well served and most importantly, sure that they serve us with great quality.

I waited to be seated for nearly 15 minutes, despite the restaurant not appearing to be busy. One of the staff members glanced at me several times but did not acknowledge my presence, nor offered a greeting or assurance that I would be assisted shortly. After being ignored for an extended period, I decided to leave, as it felt that my business was not valued.

great food great service vegan- friendly, IHOP offered a good vegan-meat, it tastes just like beef. Delicious pancakes, with good maple syrup, I’ll definitely come back again!

Quick and good service, there is a waiter who is super friendly and speaks Spanish, I didn’t ask for his name but he is a big guy.
The food was good, the Canadian bacon was a bit hard and the hash brown was not totally fried but other than that, all good. I’d recommend this place and we will be back.
