Drinks are a bit expensive for low income to buy, but it tastes so good and services are excellent. I really like the services that I received from Gabby, the manager here today (03/18/24). They were closing the store, but she still made my drink when I asked to made me one. I really appreciate her kindness. Cameron, another person who works there too. He didn't seem to welcome me, but it was acceptable because he was trying to close the store because they had been so busy today and I didn't blame him on that. Overall I am satisfied with the services and snacks there. I always like to come here because it is convenient and the customer services are excellent with all employees who work here treated me the same. If they are continuing to make this great services, I will always come back to be their customers. I think the drink is not expensive in my opinion because I used to buy a big bag of frozen fruits from Costco and I only can made a few cups of drinks from that big bag. I am very happy to pay for the convenience, the great delicious drink and the most important things are the services that I always get treated nicely and fairly here. I love it

Pumpkin to Perfection! I want to give a shout out to Nick, the General Manager, for always making the most delicious smoothies I've ever had. He always has a smile on his face and a positive attitude. So far, all the employees are cheerful and make good drinks. If you are in the area, and want a tasty treat on a hot day, Nick is your guy. He's there most every day from my experience. Pumpkin Smash is back for a limited time! Make sure you get one soon because they are seasonal.

I love this Jamba Juice their smoothies are great. I love the location right next to Habit Burger, Friedmans,and the dog park. It's always spotless clean, and the employees are friendly and generous. Don't listen to the haters!

I don't recommend this place at all, the so-called manager, whose name was Jordan and Nicolas are rude and they deserve to be fired. They don't deserve to have jobs they were having an absolute bad day and taking it off on the customers and I happen to be one of them wow what a lucky day for me. charge me $54 and never gave me my order. The so-called manager Jordan tells me there's nothing he can do about it and just walks away like to deal with it myself.

I moved to Belmont a couple of months ago & I have to say this is my favorite Jamba Juice around. I specifically come back here because of Nick who always greets me with a warm smile and even remembers me & what I order! His demeanor is friendly and welcoming and it’s customer service like this that makes people return. Thanks Nick for always making my experience great here.

Ever since starting this tradition, the general manager of the store has been so kind to us, learning our names, tracking our rewards, and making our wonderful smoothies. Not only is this a top-notch smoothie store, this branch offers something that few franchises have: hospitality.

This Jamba is very conveniently located and there has been a noticeable improvement in customer service when Toto and Nick started working there. They are prompt and friendly and my mobile order is always ready at the time promised. Toto and Nick are super friendly with great smiles and they make you feel noticed and appreciated.

Nice location! I am a regular there and usually order ahead of time using the Jamba app. It can get busy there when nearby schools come out. My order is always ready on time and the Toto and the rest of the employees there are always great.
