We booked Jika's Kitchen for two separate resident events at our communities, hoping for a great experience based on the quality of their food. Unfortunately, both events were marred by poor professionalism and organization.
At our first event, the wait time for each order exceeded 30 minutes, and the staff on-site were noticeably rude and unprofessional. While the food itself was good, the experience left much to be desired. I reached out to their point of contact afterward, Jonathan, who assured me they would improve for our second event.
However, for the second event, despite confirming weeks in advance, they notified us just 20 minutes before the start that they would be 15 minutes late. They ended up arriving one hour late to a two-hour event, which forced us to cancel. To make matters worse, the individual who arrived (Jonathan) was unprofessional and dismissive, stating he didn’t want to do the event in the first place.
This level of service was extremely disappointing—especially at resident-facing events where professionalism and punctuality are crucial. I hope Jika's Kitchen takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements, because their food deserves better representation.

I always come here on Mondays when I work in San Carlos. One of the best burritos and quesadillas I ever tried so far. The portions are huge, barely can finish it. Very delisious and juicy burritos, specially shrimp one. Nice service, the lady very friendly, and always smiles. Defenetly reccomend👌🏼

Ordered a regular chicken burrito on my lunch break. Took 25 minutes to make. When I finally received my order. It was extremely disappointing with ingredients I didn't want and just poor quality overall. Never going back!
