A Must-Visit for Musubi Enthusiasts!

This spot is a hidden gem for musubi lovers! Their Spam musubi is perfectly grilled, with seasoned rice and crisp nori. The variety of creative fillings keeps things exciting, and the quality is consistently top-notch. Friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere make it even better. Highly recommended!

Love their food truck in Presidio, good food at reasonable prices!

We recently had a catered lunch from Miss Subi, and overall, it was a good experience! The Hawaiian Tofu Mix was decent, though nothing particularly stood out. The Shoyu Chicken, on the other hand, was quite savory—though I think a hint of sweetness would have made it even better. The white rice and mixed green salad were fine, but didn't add much to the meal. The portions were generous, which was a pleasant surprise, and everything arrived fresh and warm.

I'm curious to try the pineapple stir fry beef next time, as I've heard good things about it. Overall, a solid option for lunch catering with room for a few tweaks to make it even better.

My company catered with them and I loved those shrimp patties so amazing!

I get the spam and tamago musubi here every time and it's consistently delicious. Tried a few other musubis but I like the spam one the best. The rice bowl with huli huli chicken was also tasty.

I wasn't the biggest fan, but you should give it a shot and see these flavor combinations! We ordered a sampler of musubi along with the short ribs and got it delivered. Their musubi was a bit underwhelming. They did a great job decorating and making the food look nice, but when it comes down to taste, their food is dismal. I think that their first step to improvement would be to really think about how their flavors match with the rice - do people eat mayo on rice? do people prefer their spam to seared on the outside? do people care about extra garnishes like mint on their rice? They attempted some interesting flavor combinations, and overall, I feel like it didn't make the cut. Even the rice tasted pretty bad - including the rice along with the short ribs. In terms of the short ribs, they were quite innovative. Imagine chewing a piece of meat-flavored gum. That meat was incredibly tendonous and chewy. Might be good for those of you trying to diet... Overall, I feel like food from the islands should be filling, comforting, and simple. At Miss Subi, they attempted a spin on the usual that didn't sit too well with me.

It's hard to describe how great this place is, I have been there twice and this is the valentine day lunch. Notice the little details, tiny mint leaves on one piece, tobiko on another. Everything is fresh and pops with flavor. You can really tell they care about the food they put out. If this was a regular restaurant in Belmont there would be lines out the door every day.

Here is my Party Tray with Vietnamese Style Pork for $37.5 only! They are super generous to put so many food in one tray for this price. Also recommend to pick up some dim sum from Hongry Kong as well since they share the same location :)
