What a great place to have breakfast or brunch. We are coming from SF to Filoli and were looking for place to eat. This Cafe popped up on the map. And I’m so glad we stopped by. I had the special bagel and my husband had a pastrami sandwich, with mint lemonade and turkey coffee.

I stopped in for a quick bite and some coffee. I was a bit confused when I saw they were using what looked like a home coffee machine from Best Buy, but I decided to take a chance and ordered a latte with a bagel. Unfortunately, the latte was just boiled milk with coffee — not at all a real latte. It was so bad I had to throw it away after the first sip. The bagel was fine, nothing special. On the positive side, the staff were friendly, but overall, the coffee was a big disappointment.

Why would anyone say the portions are generous? The bread was good but the sandwich only had 4 slices of pastrami, slices of cheese and a HUGE pile of pepperoncino. And mustard Not impressed 😕

What a hidden gem. Gourmet sandwiches, extremely delicious. A menu with something for everyone, as it has already been said! The positive reviews are spot on. Good place and price for a coffee too ;)
I loved this place. I ordered the #2 sanburger and it was great. Decent portion for the price. The owner was very welcoming and attentive. I’m definitely going back to try their Dubai croissant.

Delicious and fresh sandwiches! They are very generous with their portion sizes. I highly recommend the vegetable sandwich :)
Was nice, but for the price, so not worth it. It's about $15 a sandwich - no drink or side dish. And the drinks are HORRIBLE. All I asked for was an iced Americano, and it tasted like bitter foldgers.

**Beware — dishonest owner and poor service.** I ordered a veggie sandwich online (which listed avocado and red onion, along with other ingredients). When my husband picked it up and brought it home, both were missing — especially disappointing since I chose it *for* the avocado. I called right away, and the owner (Ahmed) offered a full refund or to add avocado if I returned. I dont stay in the neighborhood so I opted for a refund. The owner said I would have to come to his deli to collect refund so said I’d come by later. It was strange because usually it's very easy and doable for restaurants/delis to refund the payment via phone, for the mistake they make, especially the ones that are made online.
When I showed up, he changed his story, claiming his staff told my husband they were out of avocado — which my husband denied. Then Ahmed said *he* heard the conversation himself. If that was the case, I wonder why he left that out during my call with him in the morning and contradicted what he told me earlier.
The worst part - He went from agreeing to refund the entire sandwich to handing me just $2.50, saying that’s the cost of missing avocado. He again, contradicted his promise from earlier. Did he really think I drove all the way for $2.50 cash?
I left giving him $2.50 back, because clearly he needed it more but the experience was dishonest and frustrating. Also, from the couple bites I had, the sandwich was slathered in mayo and ketchup — not good at all. Never ordering from here again.

We were visiting the area and came here for a quick bite. The bagels are very fresh and tasty. Dubai croissants were super delicious. It is very relaxing atmosphere and the staff are super friendly. Would definitely recommend and will come back once we visit California again.
