Multiple times have ordered delivery and received a pizza 30-45 min after expected delivery window of 45 min. Should not take orders online if they can’t fulfill them and deliver cold pizza. This place is 5 min from me and I love mountain mikes pizza but will be ordering from San Carlos location from now on.

Make sure they have a driver before making an online order, I’m drunk with my homies and wanting pizza, but now I can’t get have it because they just called me after I ordered online and they said they don’t have a driver. And to top that, they said they’ll have my money back to me “within 24 hours”, so for sure not by the end of the night. My money ain’t too tall at this point in my life, so looks like mountain mikes screwed me and I’m not eating tonight.

Ordered through Grubhub. Got a call immediately after placing the order that the order needed to be cancelled because they had no delivery driver. They cancelled it on their system but not on Grubhub. I have called 5 times and spoken with a manger every time and still have not gotten a refund. Keep getting told I’ll receive a call from the owner and I’ve never gotten a call. Ridiculous, since they were the ones to cancel the order.

The staff is very friendly and pizza is topped with lots of toppings. We like their specialty pizzas: veggie, Veggie Curry Specialty Pizza and BBQ chicken.
Lovely place and delicious pizza. Their pizza is very different from the traditional Italian kinds, but their flavors really suits my taste buds.
We came in for dinner and order one kid’s Cheese pizza and one medium BBQ at the Ranch. Both were very well seasoned and really tasty. The price was reasonable.
They have some arcade games, crane games and vending machine toys for us to try while waiting for the pizzas.
Vegetarian options: They have veggie pizza 🍕

We order delivery from Mountain Mike’s Pizza for college football. Quite a tasty pizza place! The snowy Alps, which is made with a white cheesy garlic sauce, chopped tomato, sausages, and green onions and olives was very yummy. The ham and tomato was there. Just there. Good for a change from Thanksgiving, turkey and leftovers!

Ordered for delivery and it came 1.5 hours later and cold. I ordered a cheese and pepperoni pizza, nothing crazy. They estimated 40 min for delivery. When I called, they didn't answer the phone and switched me straight to the hold music. Terribly rude. Will order from San Mateo next time.

Ordered ahead for an event. The order was half an hour late and the delivery person went to the wrong address. It was very awkward to be unable to feed our guests nothing but birthday cake and some fruit. When I called to request a discount I was advised I would be getting a mere $13.00 back and was hung up on. Lovely.
