If I could give ZERO stars I seriously would. There is an extremely rude and condescending man that is always behind the counter, he has kind of an emo look. I've been here about 3 times now and I've had a horrible experience with not only the food but this guy's service and lack of respect. I asked for no tomatoes on my sandwich the last time I went and there were tomatoes on my sandwich so I took it back. His attitude was disgusting and he made me feel like I was absolutely wrong for even bringing this to his attention. Each time I have been I also get pasta/potato salad on the side and for some reason he always wants to grab what I want for me when it's self serve. When I waited for my orders I've never seen him force his way to grab a salad or soda for someone but he always seems to make it a point to do it for me, as if I'm going to steal it or something. Someone needs to set this guy straight because his attitude towards customers is truly disgusting and he is ruining this place's business.

What happened to what used to be the standard? Sandwiches today were just as bad as last week, hoping it was a fluke. That's 3 times of 5 TERRIBLE. Bread was bad, insides gushed out in one bite due to sloppy cuts and over sauced. You walk in and 3 guys don't even greet you. The spoons even changed to flimsy sampler spoons, the Mac salad is NASTY and half is just sauce in their little cups now, just went downhill. Lifer here, but we will stick to cheaper, faster, better, larger SANDIE's aka Lorenzo's (who's expanding anyways).

Decent sandwiches. If you're looking for fast food, this chain will probably provide you something that's less greasy and salty as other options. If you're looking for a good sandwich, you may consider walking across the street to the Greedy Ant, a non-chain, locally-owned shop that does very nice sandwiches plus also has great cheeses and charcuterie.

I decided to visit this place based on my friend's recommendation for their delicious sandwiches. Since it was my first time there, I was unsure about what to order. Eventually, I made my choice and to my disappointment, the sandwich lacked lettuce, tomato, and mayo. Surprisingly, the person taking my order didn't even bother asking if I wanted any toppings. I found their behavior quite rude.

Ordered ahead but arrived in about 5 minutes. Staff knew I was there but my order was not ready until 10 minutes late and others that came and ordered at the counter while I was waiting got there orders before me. Lesson, don't order ahead if you're going to be early.Sandwich wad great as always. Fresh ingredients and the Dutch crunch bread is my favorite.
