Solid BBQ hidden in a pub. THe Brisket is top notch. I picked up brisket sandwich which optionally comes with crispy jalapenos (a good addition) on a brioche bun (that's luxurious) and accompanied by tater tots. The brisket was so soft you barely felt it when biting in to it... but, oh... the flavor... smoke and beyond... was outstanding. Do yourself a favor. Go, get some SauceBelly BBQ :)

They aren’t charging enough for the BBQ. The portions are enormous and every item AND side item is delicious. My wife and I leave there feeling extremely full and with a feeling we’re ripping them off.The wings are the best we’ve ever had and the sauce they make in house is off the charts. GO IN THERE and experience TRUE Barbecue!

Looking at all these great reviews it makes me think that I just got unlucky. I ordered wings and they were overdone and too dry, I couldn't finish them (although I was hungry). Fries were awful. Those fries could probably run for the worst fries I ever had. I really hope that this was just a one off unlucky order, but I'm not sure I will visit this place again.

Oh yes, definitely go here for a good barbecue period it is inside of a bar so just know that period I got the six wing barbecue flavour, full of flavour, very delicious period I should not have covered the taste of it with blue cheese.Now what about 9 wings for $6??? @management ?

Excellent brisket and the bbq sauce was delicious. The chili was good and meaty. The pinto beans were deliciously spicy and went great with the white bread! And the banana pudding with nilla wafers mixed in and topped with whipped cream somehow managed to disappear despite how full I was from the rest of the meal... soooo good!

Being a bbq enthusiast I'm always looking for good BBQ on the peninsula, which is not easy. The ribs and brisket here are legit. If you like Texas bbq you need to check Saucebelly out. Got platter #2. Can feed 3 maybe 4 people.

Deceiving front desk. Called for a take out and was told have to show up in person to make the order. No take out order on phone. Then drive over 5 minute later was told have to eat in to order. No take out availability. Very deceiving practice

Best Barbecue in San Mateo County. This Chef has the one and only homemade Barbecue sauce to die for. The Brisket is so tender it falls apart. Huge Barbecue Ribs with tons of meat. They have signature sandwiches that make you want to come back every day. This Barbecue is almost better than sex. Yes I said almost.
The bbq was bomb the Carolina mustard was one of the best sauces I’ve ever had and the pub is a cool kickback spot

Visited ECR 4/2/21. So pleasantly pleased with not just the quality, but the pride these folks take in their barbecue. They were like meat sommeliers telling you how long they smoked their brisket and pork. The brisket was mouth watering juicy. I personally could have used a more fatty pulled pork but that’s just me cuz I like the fat. But, also good.Portions are very generous so come with friends and very hungry or with plans to have leftovers for days to come. Mad props to their Carolina mustard/vinegar based sauce. As a native North Carolinian this felt like home to me. Highly recommend you give these pit masters your hunger and your business. You WILL NOT be disappointed.
