Used to be great but now it's under new management and the food was pretty bland and below average

I tried this new Thai-inspired breakfast spot last week with my friend, and I absolutely loved it! The place is super cute with a chic, cozy vibe. The food came out excellent—fresh, flavorful, and such a fun twist on Thai cuisine. Definitely a new favorite for breakfast. Highly recommend giving it a try!

They are under new management!! Definitely not the same flavour profile. Much more bland, not as flavourful. I’m so disappointed because I LOVED Spoon and Fork flavours were the best Chicken Pad Thai around! The price increased as well. It’s now $17.57. They do put more chicken in, but the flavours are more like the 2 other Thai restaurants very close to this one. One north on El Camino, the other is south just a few blocks away. I will miss the unique flavour of the old owners. It’s not bad, just doesn’t stand out like before!

I visited on a busy day, so the food took a little longer to arrive. However, the staff were very kind, polite, and attentive, which made the wait worthwhile. The food was delicious with authentic flavors, and the service was excellent. I am Thai and always look for real Thai taste this place truly delivers. Plus, there’s plenty of parking available. Highly recommended!”

I’ve had this a couple times and it’s never really wowed me especially with all the good Thai food in the Bay Area. Unfortunately, this last time around, my delivery order came burnt and under seasoned which is unfortunate for a $20+ entree. In the past, the food “for here” has been good so maybe it was a one off event but still nothing to write home about. I think the price is definitely high compared to the quality. The staff are super nice though.

Spoon and Fork reminds me of my favorite go to restaurants from my six years in Thailand — a broad selection of tasty dishes that come out fast and fresh. So hard to find a Thai spot like this in ‘Merica.

Casual spot - neat clean - be prepared to wait - short staffed - food at best is mediocre — plenty of parking -

Nice place - casual - shirt staffed so be prepared for a wait and rushed service. However, the politeness from the staff comes through. You order at the counter and the food is delivered to the tables. The food is at best mediocre. I found myself comparing it with others and no dish came out as a “wow”. Plenty of parking.

I ordered the Tiger Crying dish which had me crying as it consisted of a measly 3-4oz of meat. Served on a plastic Ikea style plate. With Tax and Tip I was at $25 and I had to order an actual dinner afterwards as it was no where near satiating. I was completely swindled and will not come back again.
