The place is supposed to be relaxing having a sip of morning coffee but the manager is always loud, talking to her staff. Its not rekaxing at all and ive experienced it each time i go there. Maybe manager can be moved to a different location!

Im giving one star just because of the manager ( not sure if she's the manager) , i think her name is Naz. Its just not good when you can hear her talking rude with other staff, i guess two staff was new and she doesnt have any patience to help them if they don't know what to do. (customers can hear how she talks to them) the food and the drinks was good. Shiela and joseph were helpful and nice and you I see they are trying their best. I just hope the manager will talk to her staff nicely and not be bossy especially when customers can hear her. Its just sad

Lost In SF

Staff had no idea how to make my very common drink. I'm asking some for something that's been in the menu for like 20 years and they're acting like it doesn't exist.. Second problem with the places we ordered a drink with popping boba in it kid and the guy fills it up with ice and Shakes the hell out of it so not only does it pop all the Boba but now it has these little Boba size ice cubes everywhere so instead of sucking up boba like a normal Boba drink your straw is clogging with ice and your kid can't even get to the bow at all until the ice is all melted 2 hours later. Some common sense would be great

Josalie was rude and unprofessional when I asked for a refund she was hesitant and gave me a side eye and was hesitant to do so when approached by a cashier. The latte that I ordered was luke warm and they left it on the counter and never notified me my order was ready for the chai latte. This location can never meet the pick up window every time I would be standing there waiting for my order. I recieved the refund but it was the manner like I was an inconvenience. I would recommend a change in management to meet the needs of this location and for pickups and better training from the employees that work there

did a mobile order and given a 10:05am pick up. got my coffee and sandwhich on the counter while the 2nd drink was not made with the order label printed on the cup. they just left it and made other drinks for other customers.

Restrooms closed. Please come spend $6 on a coffee. But you'll have to go to Safeway across the street to use the bathroom and wash your hands. Horrible lazy management.
