I bring my own cup to help limit environmental impact, but they refuse to honor it. Instead, they draw the coffee into a disposable cup and then pour it into my reusable cup. No stars for Starbucks!

Quick take: bad drinksI've ordered drinks inside this Safeway twice. The drinks do not taste good. I will go to the Starbucks store next to Provident Credit Union and Panda Express. It's within walking distance if you are parked in the Safeway parking lot. I recommend ordering on the Starbucks app right before checking out at Safeway and walking across the street to Panda Express.

I feel bad having to write this about such a sweet young lady but think about this next time you order a drink from a Starbucks. For some of you nasty people it just won't matter. As a barrista It is unsanitary to dig into ones own scalp as to settle head lice then handle and trade dirty currency before smearing all those germs onto the cup and using the a open palm to secure the cup onto the lid with that same germy hands. I simply threw the drink away! Covid-19, Delta, people. Think about it!

If I could give this Starbucks 0 stars I would. I do most of my shopping at Safeway and have gotten coffee here twice. Both times a blond Barbie has screwed up my order and the person in front of mines, order. Not to mention the 2nd time she made it she added the wrong ingredients to it! Not to mention the major lack of friendliness! Jeez ! Fire these people PLEASE!

I drop by the Starbucks when I bank at Provident Credit Union and the people here are very welcoming and always make my grande mocha, exactly to my liking. They are efficient and welcome you as you come in and thank you on your way out. The store is also well stocked and kept clean as are most Starbucks. Thanks for providing a safe, clean space during covid-19. You guys rock!

Their closing time is 7 pm but they were closed by 5:30. Not sure if they know how to read a clock but this location must be related to the one on De las Pulgas it's a growing problem here in Belmont.
