Stopped in late says it was open until 2am. The light in the window said drive through open. We pulled up to order but never heard anyone on the other side. We could see one car in the parking lot and drove around to the window. Saw the employee inside with his headphones in and he avoided eye contact with us. Either information should be updated, since it is a small detour off of 101, or owner might want to know he’s paying his employees to not serve customers.

We ordered take out for a pecan salad, 4-piece tender meal, and two David singles. However, when we got home, we noticed that there are a couple of items are missing, including a single burger and fries. We tried to call back, and no one is answering. Felt a bit cheated out by the service there.

It was my first visit of Wendy's and the experience was nothing to write home about. I am also very generous while giving it 3 stars.
The waiting time was extreme for a fast food place. Probably around 30 minutes.
The food was similar to McDonald's and very oily.
The coffee was served cold (probably done first and then it was just sitting idle until the food was ready).
The staff made zero effort to provide some kind of customer experience.
I might try different location at some point, but this visit of Wendy's did not convince me to come back.

Beyond incompetent. Just ring up a burger & fries. Add a coffee. Ok, 5 mins trying to get the till to add a coffee. Forget the coffee. Let me stand there for 10 mins for my “fast” food. Never again.

I went through drive thru and had a positive experience, was helped right away and did not have to wait but 4-5 min for everything. The manager Juana was very nice and friendly. I got a chicken wrap and baked potato and both so delicious and filling! Chicken was perfectly cooked very moist, and potato was right out of the oven.

Come here if you want a cheap meal. However they take so long to take your order and have a lot of problems with their kiosks and mobile app. DONT order using the mobile app. DONT order using the kiosk. It just won’t work. And unless you’re the only one in the store it will be some kind of a problem getting your food. If you have lots of time to waste standing in line this is the place to come!
