We ate here couple months ago & it was great! Left an event at Gazebo park hungry & went walking down the street a couple blocks when we stumbled upon this place. Two ladies were out front making pupusas on a plancha out front on the curb so we got a few to go. I got veggie w/beans, cheese & zucchini, and my bf got chicharron w/cheese. They were so good! With all the pickley cabbage stuff & salsa. So we ended up coming back & eating there another night for Taco Tuesday, I think. We were hesitant at first cuz no one was there, I mean not one other person, but it was kinda late for a weeknite, like maybe 8p. We were seated in the back patio which is such a cool little private space! I love the vibe back there. The lady running the place took care of us the whole time. She was super sweet & attentive. Brought us chips & salsa then gave us suggestions on taco tuesday specials & Tequilas. The tacos were all excellent, so many to choose from, at $3.50 per taco, I think we tried them all! Go check it out & give them a try, support a local woman-owned small business!

I would give ZERO stars if it weren't for the service.Very friendly and personable server and bartender-they were great! .The food was 80% white, jiggly FAT! I won't be back.

we were the only people I. the restaurant and the service was VERY slow. I had the Taco stuffed avocado. It was a small bowl of lettuce, avocado and pork. My husband had fish tacos and they were pretty good we each had 2 cocktails. The bill was $99.00. No thank you

I'm so disappointed in the complete disregard and effort to serve decent fresh restaurant quality food. I wanted so badly to support the reopening of one of my favorite restaurants but sadly I cannot.

We all work hard for our money and when we choose to spend it at local places of business we expect good service and good food. Not only was the service terrible, the food was extremely bad, in fact it was disgusting! It was the lowest of (non) quality, cheapest ingredients possible, yet still charging the same prices as the previous owner. Neither of us could even eat our food it was so bad. Bad bad! I was tempted to ask for my money back that's how upset I was but choose to just pay and get out of there as quickly as I could.
Let me give you an example of how bad it was...... Most of us are familiar with grocery store bought Gordon's frozen fish filet and know of the stamped signature shape, pretty much exactly the same uniform shape in every box and that very specific taste. No joke my fish taco comes out with a Gordon's fish filet on it!! I mean come on!!!! I could not believe it!!! I thought for a moment maybe I was wrong so I took two bites but that was enough for me.
Bottom line, this food isn't made by a chef or a person who cares about quality of ingredients or taste for that matter. This place offers thrown together careless processed cheap food that someone barley heated up. It's insulting to charge what this place charges and take our hard earned money with such carelessness!
To the owners, invest in a REAL qualified and trained chef with real recipes and invest in quality FRESH ingredients or you will never make it. I hope you listen and I hope you make the changes because overall I want to see you succeed!
