The manager quickly admitted she messed up my order and remade it right there on the spot. I appreciate that and caught the mistake before even setting up my tray. I was able to sit down with hot food. Thank you very much

We ordered a Hershey pie and then they forgot to add a spoon luckily we had one. Next time we came we order French fries nuggets and Hershey pie once again they forgot to give us a Hershey pie luckily I remembered. we had to wait 10 more minutes😡😡🙄. Don’t recommend going here

Once or twice I'll let things slide, but this location constantly and consistently gets the order either wrong or shorts me items. In the past year their prices have increased and the food quality has declined. Today I ordered and paid for a sandwich with cheese. What I got was a dryed out hot lettuce quarter teaspoon scraping of mayo and nothing else chicken sandwich with the smallest flattest piece of chicken I ever seen. Looked like it had been run over by a truck a few times. Gimme a break. I'm done getting robbed and cheated by this place. They don't answer their phone so they can deal with these reviews instead!

Ordered an Impossible Whopper with cheese. They put bacon on it. Tried calling a few times but no one answered. Please avoid this locale if you are vegetarian.

Every time I go to the drive-thru and use a coupon code at the repeat it like five times and then on top of that tonight when I ordered a Whopper Junior I got charged and received a full-size Whopper tried to call them about the situation somebody picked up and then hung up on me food I guess is okay but their service is lacking especially in the communication 90% of the time they don't even give out a receipt or tell you how much it is for your total

If I could give no stars I certainly would. Anytime I've come here it's a pain in the butt to order you can't hear them on the drive-thru speaker you can't understand them. Then when I get up to the window he just sits there and looks at me and I said how about a total any continues to look at me and I said how about a total so I know if I'm paying you card or cash he goes oh no cash. I said oh I'll determine if I'm paying you Carter Cash you won't tell me what I'm paying!! Benny just shoves my bag out the window . I asked him do I get sauce with my mozzarella 12-piece order he said oh yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah and I said well it's not in the bag I got my two burgers and my mozzarella sticks . It's like talking to a damn brick wall with no human interaction .Come on Benicia you can do a lot better than these idiots. wow brush up on the customer service!
