The dining room had an unpleasant odor. I ordered online but waited 30 minutes for my food, which seemed more like a steakhouse than fast food.

Always need to satisfy my craving for a whopper. Went thru the drive thru with a coupon. Service was slow. The ladies did not honor the coupon. I know this because they charged regular price after leaving the place and without a receipt. Tried calling them but it went straight to answering machine. Food was room temperature to cool. Just disappointed.

This place is probably the worst fast food drive-thru I’ve ever been through. Either zero or very few of the employees speak English, which is normally fine, but those are the ones they seem to put on the drive-through speaker. Then they get your order wrong, and then the manager won’t take responsibility. The window at the drive-through has been broken For months and not fixed. This is a complete shame since the town of Benicia has few fast food places.

More expensive and usually slow. Employees are nice but routinely forget items and don't give you receipts. Today was the second time I ordered a "deal" on the app and they forgot an item. Used to go frequently for their 2 for $5 but now that their food is expensive they just suck.

They give a lot of fries, crispy too but they don't wear gloves when preparing the burgers Literally watched them use their bare hands to smash my burger down before wrapping it pretty nasty especially when my burger has a funky taste not sure if it's the burger or the stuff that was on their hands ‍

Food is not that great but I'm just not a fan of burger kings fast food compared to other places. I've had issues with employees in the past but haven't recently.

Always a pleasure to get my food here because when Alma hears my voice, it's on! I have a medical problem and she's easy on how hard tge nuggets are cooked, yet stoll to regulation. I can still get a frosted ice. (Ice Cream with frozen coke) It was so hot one day, I gave a $20 tip just to get one.

I get a stomach ache every time I eat here. This is a rare occurrence, due to the fact that I only go here once I've forgotten about the last time it gave me a stomach ache. The food is clearly microwaved; from the meat of the sandwiches being completely dry, to the bread/biscuits/croissant being soft in some places and rock hard in others... it's obvious.The inside is atrocious. With broken tables and literally no condiments or napkins out at all. It looks like this place has been shut down -- which, honestly... it should be. There could be another business in it's place that people would actually want to go to. And finally, I noticed the person making my food talking on her phone, still wearing the gloves she handles the food with...The only thing helping this place is it's location. Still don't know how they stay open...

Very poor service this burger hires foreigners that told me my 100$ bill is fake but I got it straight from chase they called the police and told them my bill was counterfeit and the officers proceeds to say that my money is real

I always have a hard time ordering here in the drive thru. I used to think it was the speaker box, but they've finally updated the speaker and they still have a hard time understanding us. If you have a question, they may not even bother answering you unless you are ordering. Waste of time to sit there in the drive thru waiting for someone to reply. When they do take your order, special requests may be wrong.I think some of them are doing their best and there's an attitude problem that makes a toxic work environment.
