Somewhere buried under all this was a fish taco. The tortillas were hella soggy so this just turned into a huge pile of glop after 5min. Seriously why does every Mexican spot in Benicia suck? Only one worth going to is the Jalisco truck.

Terrible customer service. My mother and I were ignored as the lady at the register kept walking by us, not acknowledging us. We ordered nachos. Nachos had no cheese it was covered with sour cream and lettuce and the meat was old. I was afraid to eat my burrito. We did not eat our food. Waste of money and energy.

I ordered a carnitas burrito no rice & got a chicken burrito with rice. It’s ok, I can roll with mistakes. But this is Mexican food for white people, or Taylor Swift fans. People who buy hard shells from the grocery for “taco night” Kinda bland, definitely not too spicy. Only good thing was the price. Jalisco’s truck down the street is still the best around.

New to the area, though I'd try Chico's for dinner and I wasn't disappointed!The food is excellent, full flavored, fresh and made just like it was home cooked, except you don't have to do the dishes.Walk up to the counter, order and find a seat. Relaxing place that isn't so noisy you can't talk, music fits and is t too loud.Been back a few more times, consistently good food!

This was my first time for Chico's and I had it "DoorDash"ed. I ordered Tacos al Pastor and they were fantastic!! Huge amounts of al Pastor were spilling over the tops of the tortillas. And the meat, that meat!! It had a perfect char and a great marinade. I (eating alone) kept saying mmm. . .mmm. . .MMM!! And for two tacos, it was cheap at $7.00! This place will become a regular stop for me.
I just bought my family some delicious grilled chicken and steak tacos, it came with chips, green and red salsa, so good! Love the family owned feel, clean, Great service, good prices, fast and easy. The tacos are so tasty ?Highly recommend ????
