This will always be my favorite go to comfort food!! Family owned and run from the heart, I was sad to see the original location go, but grateful for them still serving all meals lunch through express! Easy online ordering and pick up. Will always be best Hawaiian food.

Yea! The original location lost its lease but they opened this takeout-only location just a few days later down in the industrial Park. Same great food.Parking: There's enough parking to run in and pick up your food, so it's not a problem.

So delicious. My family and I got the hamburger steak, bbq pork, katsu, spam musubi, and kalua tater tots. All of them were excellent and we will be coming back. The cashier was also very friendly and nice.

I love Got Plate Lunch and it's my favorite place in Benicia for several reasons:- Great food- Genuine Hawaiian cuisine- Good prices- Easy to-go lunch plates- Specials- Easy ordering systemsBenicia has several good food options, but they:- Are difficult to order from- Are sometimes mediocre- Are expensive- Lack personality- Don't specialize in meals to-goThings I love about Got Plate:I enjoy taking my food home, especially since the pandemic, so this and overall food taste are extremely important to me. Got Plate also doesn't use styrofoam!Things I dislike about Got Plate:The katsu is often overcooked and tough.Got Plate has had to relocate to their warehouse and it's a bit sad. The location just isn't inviting, but it doesn't change the way I feel about their food and service.These are my only complaints and I recommend everything.Parking: There are a small number of parking spots but they are generally available.

Food is still good, but the service could not have been any worse this time. So much so that after five years of going there regularly, I may stop now.I placed my order for pick up, but when I got to the restaurant they had moved so I drove to the new location.When I walked in, I chuckled and said to the person working the counter that there is no mention of the new location on the homepage or ordering page of their website. With a look of disgust and attitude in their tone, they said “yes there is!“ Then they turned around and ignored me while I continued to talk to them.Hey GPL, please bring back the friendly employees.
