As great as it gets local sushi at affordable prices. Good clean taste with nice touches of flavor that excite the palette. I got a crazy monkey roll and some chefs nigiri that was perfect for my refined taste. I ended the night with halibut nigiri (shown here) and walked out happy
Don’t trust their opening hours. It says 5 PM on their website and on the front door. But I went at 5:05 PM after walking a mile and a half to get here and they’re closed. So I can’t really rate the food but I can rate their understanding of time. It’s off.

I had the Tonkatsu bento Box. Probably the best tonkatsu I can remember having. Also had the house sale and was well worth the price. Service was standard and the restaurant dining room was well decorated, but cramped.

The food is really good! However the place smelled like someone peed all over. That aside, I'll def be back.
The food was absolutely delicious and prepared with exceptional care and detail! I highly recommend and we will be returning.

Sad to say, because back in the day this place was the best, and we were so lucky to have them! Not anymore ... horrible food, sub par service, not clean. It's as if they've given up.

Nagiri are absolutely wonderful, the bbq eel is the best sushi I've had.

Hubby and I came in for lunch for the first time in a few years today, and it was BAD y'all. The place was super dirty!!! There was a loudly sticky floor in the front entry, and there was food all over the floor in the dining room....like, rice & bits of food around literally every table in view. There is some sort of white, plastic siding on all of the walls that was covered in grime; it appeared to be a combination of sauces and potentially kids wet/sticky finger smudges? BLECH. Also, the random hip hop music was loud and distracting...no chill here. Lastly, the food preparation felt rushed & lazy. The rolls were super loose, and we could smell the tuna before it even hit our table. In a weird first, the seaweed used to wrap the inside of the rolls was SUPER CHEWY, so much so that it was hard to chew & swallow. And the texture of the fish could best be described as warm and mushy, the strong smell was also pretty suspect. Super bummed at the quality, and at $75 w/o drinks or tip, we expected more. We won't be back.

This is one of the places that I've been supporting through COVID. The quality of food is always great, despite the supply chain issues. The bento box is the best deal, but I find the nuances, are more important - like the toasted rice in the green tea or the ogo seaweed.I recommend the spicy cucumbers, the tsukemono and the tataki nigiri.
Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp as opposed to stairs.
