I was quickly greeted with a smiling face, helped, and all of my questions answered. The best part was that I was able to sample the juices before committing to buying a bottle! For a great green juice that is enjoyable, refreshing, gives you energy, doesn't taste like a bushel of garden, and has the right amount of sweetness, get the GREEN MACHINE. You'll feel like you're ready to take on the world! For a nitro cold brew coffee that will wake you up, order the COFFEE LADY! Better than your usual franchise cold brew! Take it from me because I know what good strong coffee is! Plus, I like the addition of the Almond Tempest (a nut mylk that has almond, dates, cinnamon, sea salt, and vanilla bean) which is by itself pure bliss. Will be back! Thinking of what to try next!

First time @ juice house, and the atmosphere was bright, cheerful and energetic.. the girl at the counter, Jacque, was a breath of fresh air, she sold me on exactly what I needed in that moment.. and her smile and personality was absolutely electric. I recommend this quaint little juice spot for anybody that needs some sunshine and joy in their day. I most definitely will return. 5 star no doubt.

A few days before my purchase, I went to a 3 day conference in Las Vegas. It waa my first trip since Feb. 2020. By the time my return flight landed at SFO, my body and immune system were shot. I placed my order on Sunday morning at 1am and waited patiently to pick up my 3 day Rookie Cleanse on Monday. I didn't intend to fast. Juice, tea and a light meal in the evening is all I could muster. The 5 juices, 1 milk and elixir are a lot. I drank juice during the day and had a vegan meal in the evening. It took more than 3 days to go through all of it. I believe the juices helped me bounce back from my trip.I didn't find the juices to be expensive. And, they aren't watered down. My favorites are Beet Treat and Citrus Sea. I will definitely be back for more juice and become a regular customer.

My initial knowledge/experience with The Juice Shop started on January 10, when placed an order via DoorDash. I learned of their local spot in Benicia, so I started going in once a week to purchase a variety of juices and turmeric/ ginger shots. The inside has a very sterile look to it but I was just a little leery of the juice bottles, not being sealed until one of the staff told me what to look for, as far as if it had been tampered with.So far as of today, I have been helped by three of the young ladies there but the downfall has been the inconsistent information given by them all. Not only has the inconsistency been frustrating, but costly as well.I inquired about the color dots on the lid of the juices and was told, by one staff, it meant how old the juice was only to be told on my next visit, by another staff, that was ridiculous and the color marking meant the juices were made by different people/company.Sometimes I would be charged for the juice carriers and other times I wasn't. I would be charged one price for the ginger and turmeric shots, the next visit I was charged a much higher price and the following visit charged another price for the same shots. On one visit I was told, bya staff member, to take a picture of the contents and make the juices at home which would be much cheaper.The inconsistency had me thinking should I start taking this personally, was this happening to any other customers?It's bitter sweet for me because their location was perfect for me but I don't want spend my money some place where I'm not sure of their intent.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Juice House, their 1 day cleanse fills you up and lasts at least two days! And I love how you can actually taste the ingredients! I've tried other Juices and they all are bland and have an artificial taste. I love every drink they have, very filling and makes cleansing easy!
