Went for dinner tonight. Wanted to try this place since I drove by it frequently. Wanted to stay away from benihana type of dishes. We ordered the fried rice, it was ok, needed more flavor and not worth the cost. Vegetable tempura was ok but again, not worth it. Tempura udon was what it was, nothing special. Tried the special Kimono oyster, not bad but I thought it was raw, not cooked. If I go out for japanese food again, won't be here. I would give it 2.5 stars if I could...
I ordered a salad. I am vegan so my choices were a bit limited but for $28 bucks it was a bit disappointing and boring. It was beautiful but over priced and underwhelming. The other food looked amazing that our large party was having. Service was great and it was speedy. My husband's sushi roll he said was a bit dry. The restaurant is beautiful and in a great location 👌 I want to come back and try the veggie tempura rice bowl and see how that is. Also the Plum Wine Sangria...
