Honestly better then all the other vallejo McDonalds, great customer service and Better prices!!!! All the other McDonalds in vallejo are OVERPRICED MONEY HUNGRY MANAGERS WHO OVERPRICED FOOD! So we are staying with this McDonalds so please dont change!

Went to this mcdonald’s not looking for much just craving a shake and a drink. Was given the two items in a drink holder that was absolutely terrible at doing its one sole purpose as i was holding the drinks and picking them up from falling over the entire car ride home. And then to my surprise as i returned home i would be carrying the drinks into the house and the holder would give out on my spilling my entire shake over the floor. Again i don’t expect much from mcdonald’s but this was bullshit the way i can’t even get a proper sturdy drink holder so my beverages don’t fall out constantly.

I love coming to this McDonald’s! Ms. Irene is always kind, attentive, and friendly, as well as the rest of the staff. I always feel welcome and appreciated here. There should be more positive and outstanding people like Irene! My order was perfect too, no complaints at all.

Ordered something on the app and the lady would not give me my food now. I have to wait 5 to 7 days for a refund.

Sat in drive thru 5 cars in front of us no one moved. Backed out of drive Thru went inside. 2 people trying to run a restaurant no one took our order so we left and will never come back to this location

Please just shut down the dining room at this point. Always a horrible experience if you go dine in at this location. The workers completely ignore it and only focus on the drive-thru. Took me 18 minutes for 1 fry and 1 frappe today.

Some of the workers here are so impatient. For example I went to McDonald’s and I had to order multiple things. Every time I paused to look at the menu this one guy said “is that it oh, okay” and then would proceed to click out. When I told him no he kept doing it and I had to deal with this process about three times.

Once again messed up my order!! Waited in the drive thru for an unusually long time to get my food. When I got home it wasn’t even the right bagel breakfast sandwich!! Plus the bagel was burnt!! Do better!!!
