Food was not fresh and the cashier didn't let me redeem something from the McDonald's app. (2021)
Ordered something on the app and the lady would not give me my food now. I have to wait 5 to 7 days for a refund.
Note to self stop going here.

Sat in drive thru 5 cars in front of us no one moved. Backed out of drive Thru went inside. 2 people trying to run a restaurant no one took our order so we left and will never come back to this location

Please just shut down the dining room at this point. Always a horrible experience if you go dine in at this location. The workers completely ignore it and only focus on the drive-thru. Took me 18 minutes for 1 fry and 1 frappe today.

Some of the workers here are so impatient. For example I went to McDonald’s and I had to order multiple things. Every time I paused to look at the menu this one guy said “is that it oh, okay” and then would proceed to click out. When I told him no he kept doing it and I had to deal with this process about three times.

Once again messed up my order!! Waited in the drive thru for an unusually long time to get my food. When I got home it wasn’t even the right bagel breakfast sandwich!! Plus the bagel was burnt!! Do better!!!

One of my guilty pleasures i always say I'm not going back to McDonald's and i some how end up there every blue moon. I ordered a double cheese burger and 10 pc nuggets with med fri. The burger was put together like they did it with their eyes closed, and my double patties were hanging halfway off the bread . It was very dry to the taste. The only moisture i got came from the little ketchup they did use. The nuggets were ok. i guess I didn't have any complaints. The fries were hot and tasty. the only thing was my medium fry looked like a small fry. Chased it down with a nice cold hi-c orange drink with extra ice 🧊 i give that a 10

This is my favorite McDonald's! The service here is great even when it gets rather busy the staff is friendly. They have a self serve fountain drink still which not all McDonald's have now and the bathrooms are clean.
