Green onions are probably one the most simplest things to cook with. It's beyond discouraging when I try to order fresh green onions on top of my pizza & only get back big chops of only the green part of the onion which is considered the leaf & has no real flavor. Whoever chops up the onion (once a week only on Wednesdays which is mind-boggling) please include the whole part of the onion including the white part (the base of the onion) which has the Real flavor of the onion!! & Cut it properly please also. Don't cheat customers outta of what they pay for! At some point we GOTTA get this right! Imjs
