Was left on hold for 12 minutes before someone remembered to pick up the line. I actually drove to the restaurant and arrived the minute they picked up. Then proceeded to wait over 30 minutes for one hamburger and fries. I understand it can be hectic but this us unacceptable

Last time I was there, and I mean the LAST time I was there, they were too busy taking with themselves and couldn't care less about taking the customers order. Never went back!Parking: It can difficult to find parking

I was so disappointed to go on yelp and find the menu for breakfast items are from 6 years ago and the Nation's website doesn't even have prices, neither location helpful at all, now that being said the food is really good but to know what the prices for items that I'm going to order and pickup would definitely help, see what you can do to update prices please because this is only reason you get 3 stars, it's not always about the food.

Love nations. Love the burgers. Quality is the same as the one we visit frequently at home. This location is small. Looks like it used to be something else and they tryed to make it fit. But hey, wasn't there for the ambiance.

I have been loving nations , since I was a small child ,
Dessert on a cold night. A slice of cheesecake and banana cream pie. I wanted to mix chocolate pie with banana before I arrived but the cheesecake looked good once I got there. Service was fast...not welcoming, but fast and to the point. Lol I didn't know that they did away with the 1/8th or small slice. Now, two slices were close to $20 however it was dessert for 2 days for me and my husband and the banana was a WINNER.THE cheesecake was mediocre. The crust wasn't crusting and it tasted more like an icebox pie....and we know icebox puts cost all of $3.00 to make a whole pie. Lol.

Nations is Nations and why expect more? I have been going to this Nations for well over 20 years and each visit is exactly how I expect Nations to be. For those of you reviewing about bad service, here is a tip, most of the time our attitudes are mirrored. So be kind and courteous and most of the time that's what you will receive in return. Where else can you have a slice of pie and endless coffee!
Horrible burger, meat patty was boiled I guess then seared on one side, over did it on the mayonnaise and mustard, fries were horrible, pies have a horrible after taste. They don't have actual Tea here. Not coming back. Oh don't order the chilli burger.

Meh! I got a bacon cheeseburger, fries, and a drink. I don't know how a freshly made Burger can be barely warm? Definitely not a $12 burger. The fries were cold and limp? I don't really understand, was it the cooks first day? This is the last nations I'm going to go to, the quality has declined at all the locations I've been to in recent years.

I ordered a Hot Dog on door dash and was exited to have it arrive because i was hungry but once I opened it, the bun was cold and hard, they just slapped a piece of sliced american cheese on top of the cold hotdog and didn't melt it. It was gross I don't think i'll be eating here again because even thinking about that hotdog makes me gag.

I've given Nation's their final try...between getting a bug in my food at the Fairfield location....and after waiting 20 mins for my food, which nevr cane because they lost my tcket...at the Benicia location...I'm done.. the bonus was the Shift Manager Diego ..who is about as intelligent as a bag of rocks.....I asked for my money back..no one was paying any attention, just running in circles, blaming each other...when I attempted to get someone's attention, it was lost cause...finally I whistled..got the attention of Diego rising his voice saying " why you whistled at me" "I can throw you out you know"...I told him I wasn't whisling at him, but trying to get everyone's attention...I told I wanted my money back...he said how much food you eat..(the grammar is exact..not my missing words)...when he finally agrees to refund me...there are no apologies...money wasn't even handed to me...put on the counter for me to take...then I had ask for my reciept...70 years of treating people like crap should be your new celebration.
