Super disappointing Caesar salad. Just some old lettuce. No crispy croutons and no generous sprinkle of Parmesan as the menu says. Not worth the money at all. Also, very little toppings. I ordered a large pizza and it looks like they pulled apart two slices of artichokes and spread it around as much as they could. The quality has gone down from what it use to be.

Please send them help. The kids in this place look confused making pizza. Avoid if you're not a patient person.

Order and paid online. Went to pick up. Not one of 8 employees wanting to help walk up customers. Suggest you dedicate one employee for pick ups. Pizza was excellent tho.

Great pizza, just be sure you check your order. Paid for extra sauce multiple times, always forgotten unless reminded; requested plates and condiments multiples times, always forgotten unless reminded.

Good food overall but when I order I got an extra ranch for a dollar, I never got it, I asked the delivery driver if they got any and he said "well I asked them for the ranch and they said no" I spent an extra dollar on that. This has happened many times before

Crust wasn't soft. Plenty of toppings. One of the best I've had in the area

The food was good but the service was below standard. The staff are unprofessional borderline rude. The staff treated family and I with the outmost rudeness. When another patron smashed my hand while geting my drink from THEIR sliding door refrigerator, they apologized to the guy to smashed my hand and didn't even acknowledged that it was my hand that was hurt.

This place needs to asses the safety hazard to the customer and the staff should be the only one getting drinks out of the fridge. Since, apparently I was not the first one who got hurt here before. I only know this because one of staff members told the patron who smashed my hand" oh don't worry it's happens all the time."

After our pizza was done they never brought it out to us like they did with everyone and instead made us come in pick it up ourselves which was fine but everytime we asked for anything they treated us with the outmost rudeness. As if it were an inconvenience to serve us.

I hope this review gets the attention of management so that they can address the hazard of their refrigerator door so that one else gets hurt, as well as the unprofessionalism of the staff when treating diverse public.

This place is real hit or miss. Usually kids working it with no adult supervision. Your chances of getting a undercooked pie are very high. When they get it right they make a good pie, but you've got to keep it real simple for the simpletons who work there.

1) don't order a big pie it most definitely will be undercooked, get a small to medium pie.
2) don't get more than two toppings, especially vegetables (the vegetables make moisture and need longer cooking times, a principle lost on the staff at Pacifica, again, keep it simple.), if you order a meat and two vegetables, guaranteed undercooked pie.
I hope management sees this review and takes action, but in the post covid bay area dining world I doubt they will. Me, the customer, will be the bad guy and they'll take no accountability, which is typical of most service industry business's post covid.
Hit or miss, keep it simple, small pies with no more than two toppings and you should be ok. Also they way over estimate their cooking times, so show up 10 mins early (probably part of the problem) and your pie will more than likely be ready, if they don't lose the order, that's happened to me before as well.

Vegetarian options: Too many vegetables on your pie will lead to an undercooked pie, tread carefully when ordering, see above review

The people who run the place are fantastic! Nicest vibes, super friendly and the pepperoni pizza was delicious!

Pizza is great. You gotta get the cheesy bread, it's the best (especially when it's fresh and hot)
