You are better off going to Panda in Vallejo by the target. The food here is over cooked & lacks sauce. Noddles & rice are dry. Just not as good as the other pandas.

Actually, I like this Panda Express. Since it’s right next to our house, we usually get our food from there. I always order through the app. But I don’t know if it’s them being slow on the app, or if there’s some other issue, but there’s always a problem. The order is never ready at the time stated on the app. And as an excuse, they always say something like, “This chicken isn’t cooked yet,” or “The broccoli isn’t ready, we’re waiting for it,” and so on. And of course, the whole point of ordering online is to avoid waiting in line. You want to just go in, pick up your food, and leave. If they can’t do that, I think they should just remove the app altogether.
Additionally, if you don’t ask for them, they never include chopsticks. But most people eat this food with chopsticks anyway. I think they should include chopsticks by default without customers having to request them

The worst service and very rude employee and manager. Especially the MANAGER. All I ask was if I can change the order from med to large and they said it too much of a problem for them to cancel and redo my order. I can understand if they are busy but I am one of two customer in the store. And just as I walk out the door the manager said out loud that it stupid for me to even ask. What is with these people?

I am truly impressed by this Panda Express location. It’s our go-to meal when I can’t cook or need something quick. I also want to commend the assistance I received, especially with the rewards program and the staff’s patience. A lot of times, most checkout registers (in panda express chains) wouldn’t have the patience to deal with reward points, but you really took the time to walk me through it so I could use my rewards and save points for next time. I just wanted to express my gratitude for the positive experience I had at this specific chain. Server’s name: kamila A

Rude employees. Horrible management. Any time I have ever been at this location, they are understaffed and not on top of cooking the food so it’s fresh and readily available. Chow mein was crunchy , orange chicken cold and globular chunks. Long line for food and they don’t have the rhythm down for being on top of needing to replenish food when they run out. Highly inefficient. Won’t be back to this Panda. Seems like chintzy portions , over/undercooked food and rude staff.
Service was prompt and friendly. Food trays were full or being replenished. Hot and flavorful food. Good for a quick stop when in the area.

We ordered online and my mom's chow mein was more veggies then noodles my brother said he ordered a small rice but never got it and he got more noodles then shrimp
