I am truly impressed by this Panda Express location. It’s our go-to meal when I can’t cook or need something quick. I also want to commend the assistance I received, especially with the rewards program and the staff’s patience. A lot of times, most checkout registers (in panda express chains) wouldn’t have the patience to deal with reward points, but you really took the time to walk me through it so I could use my rewards and save points for next time.

The manager and staff at the Benicia Panda Express are phenomenal in their customer service ethic, professionalism and friendly attitude. I walked in upset that my online order went to a wrong location and Zoe and her manager (I regret that I didn’t look at his name badge) took care of the problem immediately, and with smiles on their faces! Thank you and kudos to the folks at the Benicia Panda Express.

It was ok. Chicken egg rolls were disgusting. Don’t go towards end of night they don’t remake anything as not to waste which I get but uhhh donate it & make sure you’re full menu is available I don’t care what time it is.
