I have really loved their food in the past. The last two times I have gotten it though it has not been as great. Tonight I got an order a pineapple fried rice with tofu. Somehow my bill ended up at $17.32. It's fried rice... The weird thing is it did not match the description on the menu. There was big chunks of broccoli, lettuce, cucumbers there were no peas or onions or raisins. I'm sorry it will be tough to go back. Too expensive and small portions and not what ordered.

One of my favorite places to eat! Everything is fresh and has so much flavor! And the staff is amazing!

We keep coming back to this gem. Trout salad is the bomb! Their bbq chicken is also very good. Service is always good.

First time stopping in while in the area , good reviews on Yelp so gave it a try . Nice service , we had the crispy chicken and fried rice it was ok , the chicken was minimal and very thin . The crab Rangoon was heavy on the cream side . Overall it was ok.

Tiny portions with mediocre flavor for 5 star prices. Bad customer service too.

Pearl Thai is the best Thai I've had outside Thailand. What makes it even better is the vibe of the owners and staff. They never fail to put a smile on my face. Service is quick and cheerful and a they say, I'll see you tomorrow!

Pearl Thai has a nice ambiance and is clean with a good variety on the menu. The food was too sweet for my liking. I wish they had limes on the side to cut through the sweetness. I should have asked for some. I had the Tom kha, pad Thai, and pineapple fried rice. I enjoyed the pineapple fried rice the most. The pad Thai and Tom kha tasted like there was so much sugar in the dishes that I had to keep drinking water. The Tom kha was rich and creamy. Out of the dishes ordered, I'd only order the rice again. I'd try different dishes next time. The service was nice.

Very disrespectful owner. Doesn't even know how to talk with other peoples. Take your own risk.

Very friendly. Sweet little spot, with cute flower vines and quick service. Yum yum yum. I haven't had anything I haven't liked

This is not authentic Thai food this is dessert, everything's more sugar than any other flavor, the portions are very small, especially for the prices. These reviews are from locked in benicia folks. Thai kitchen is a good comparison I recommend.

Best restaurant experience I've had in a long time. Cute, small place with big charm!! Food: excellent! There were 8 of us and we all ordered different things. We loved everything! Service: excellent! From the time we walked in the door, we were treated like family. We will be back!!

This is one of my go to places for Thai food. Service is friendly and quick. Food is always delicious. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend. *Also, during the holiday season the owner lets customers per order food and hang the receipt in the window and if someone that needs a free meal comes by they can pick a meal that has already been paid for.* To me that speaks to the heart of this restaurant. We asked the owner about it and he said, this community is so great, we want to give back.

Pearl Thai in Benicia is like a culinary journey to Thailand with its flavorful main dishes that can satisfy that Thai food craving. The cozy atmosphere wraps you in a warm, mom-and-pop embrace, making it feel like a home away from home. However, when they are busy, it seems like they may need just an extra hand. Now, let's talk about the Tom Yum soup—it's the Thai food litmus test, right? This one had me doing a culinary double-take. It felt like it was playing hide-and-seek with tomatoes, and the spice level was on a mild vacation. I'm all for a flavor adventure, but this soup needed a bit more Thai kick to dance on my taste buds. But hey, the angel wings, the seafood plate, and the shrimp pad Thai? And other dishes were good. They were like a Thai food orchestra hitting all the right notes. So, despite the Tom Yum detour, Pearl Thai knows how to deliver a tasty symphony on your plate.
