I love the food here and have eaten here many times. I usually get the pho or banh mi. The smoothies are delicious! But the boba is gross. It always has a bite to it and never tastes sweetened with brown sugar or honey. That's fine though, I just don't order it!
Unfortunately the woman working at the front makes me feel like I'm not welcome or inconveniencing her every time we order. We always say hi, sometimes we have questions, and tell her to have a nice day, but we either never get a response or the response is low energy. There's no eye contact, low volume, and visible eye rolling or scoffing, I know customer service isn't a fun job, but it almost feels personal? I'm really glad they have an online ordering option and a kiosk now because I can avoid her. She triggers my social anxiety because I feel like I'm doing something wrong every time I'm there.

I ate here on 7/16 for dinner and everything was phenomenal.
I had the combo rice plate with pork, shrimp, and Korean short ribs and was extremely satisfied with the amount of food and the flavor. I also had an order of the salt and pepper chicken wings which were excellent and came with fried peppers that were amazing.
The real star of the show was the bahn mi. I got the charbroiled pork bahn mi and it might be the best one I've ever had. The bread was perfectly toasted, light and crispy, with incredible flavors in every bite. I already have plans to go back tomorrow to try one of their other sandwiches.
Can't go wrong by coming here, everything is prepared with care.
10/10 will be back!

We hoped for a good pho spot in Benicia and Pho Vy has delivered! The food was good and a great selection of soup and rice plates. options to substitute for brown rice instead of white was big plus! The server was very kind and service was great. This is our new go to pho spot. I hope they bring back the Kimchi!

This was my first time at Pho Vy and their Bahn mi's were delicious! The bread was warm, and crispy, and the ingredients were fresh and flavorful. They also served vanilla ice cream on the house. Looking forward to returning and trying their other menu items.

Honestly, the food was exactly perfect! I had a bad experience from another Pho place that made me cringe for a solid month until I ate here. Absolutely amazing! I thought Pho was off the menu entirely but wow! The things I could say... kudos for being great

So excited for Vietnamese cuisine in Benicia! We tried the fresh shrimp spring rolls, which were huge and tasty! Peanut sauce was yummy as well. Then we had the BBQ pork banh mi, which was also tasty. If I had one recommendation, it would be that they should source their bread from One House Bakery. That would be incredible! Looking forward to trying the rice plates, vermicelli bowls, and pho! Such a cute little place.
