It's a good food truck right in the heart of the industrial park, they serve a lot of great food very quickly here.

Definitely a local gem that I find myself returning to on a regular basis. The food is very good—flavorful, hearty, and satisfying, with portions that always leave me feeling like I’ve gotten my money’s worth. Their pricing is fair, especially considering the generous servings and the quality of ingredients they use. I particularly enjoy their breakfast burrito, which has quickly become one of my go-to choices whenever I stop by.

That said, one thing that stands out about Ranchero is that consistency can sometimes be an issue. On some days, the breakfast burrito will come stuffed with golden French fries that add the perfect salty crunch, while on other days it might be filled with a baked potato style cut—or occasionally none at all. While this doesn’t take away from the overall good flavor, it can feel a little unpredictable from one visit to the next, and I think a little more standardization would elevate the experience even further.

Despite this, I still love the food and fair pricing I always and appreciate the variety they offer. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, which makes the visit even more enjoyable beyond just the meal itself. I highly recommend trying them out if you’re in the Benicia area, they are always conveniently parked just off the 680.

Carne asada burrito from truck July 27, 2025 gave me food poisoning. Diarrhea, fever, vomiting for the rest of the day.
The burrito was handed to me very quickly after ordering and wasn't hot, I did eat it immediately. So the meat and food probably just sitting there at unsafe Temp.

The flavor was just ok this time and one prior time I ate there, I got the chorizo breakfast burrito cause someone said it was so good. It wasn't. And for $16 I'd expect more flavor and effort.
I definitely won't be back after they got me sick!

Had a veggie burrito from the food truck at Very Mulberry U-Pick— delicious! Totally recommend for vegetarians, and they were great in adjusting for dairy free/food preferences. Yum!

They serve quickly, but very expensive and it doesn't taste very good. I ordered two super burritos, they had more rice and beans than meat.

The people who give a four or five star Don't know what good food is. I've gone here twice. First time it was eh. Thought I'd give them a second try. The food is bland. No flavor, no seasoning. Yuk. . People are lying to you guys. Your food is not delicious
