I got low carb breakfast plate. Food seems very unhealthy like not cooked at the place fully but heated (like sausage and eggs). Small plate size. My spouse got fresh orange juice that was pricy. I would not recommend.

The coffee is great it’s just a shame the service is so awful. I’ve worked in coffee shops before and you’re always supposed to greet customers with a warm welcome and a smile. I waited in a long line and as soon as it got to my turn they ignored me for several minutes to work on orders. No greeting or warmth from cashier or barista. A simple iced latte also took forever to make but customers who came after me immediately got theirs. Just weird energy overall. Won’t be back as a regular, and it sucks because I almost made this one of my go-to spots.

I recently visited Rrags Caffé for the first time, and while the food was truly enjoyable, I left feeling disappointed with the service. As a first time customer, I expected a warm welcome or at least a brief introduction to what the café is known for but that never happened. I mentioned it was my first time, but the staff showed little interest or effort in making me feel comfortable or informed.
I noticed that some customers had their food brought to the table, while others, like myself, were expected to pick it up at the counter. It seemed like regulars were given better treatment, which is not the way any guest should feel in a restaurant.
I wish I lived closer.
This is the type of coffee shop that every city/town needs!
I've been multiple times and they never disappoint.
I could do this every day.
The food, drinks and vibe are unmatched.
I would try it again, but I wasn't impressed. My drink was standard (I don't drink coffee, so can't speak to that) and the food was overpriced for what I got (bagel with toppings). Also, a cafe that will give me a real plate to dine in but not a real cup is a bit suss.
The interior could be really interesting with the wall of bean dispensers and the roaster in the middle, but it was being used for storage and just couldn't shine and made the space feel more cramped.
Everything was amazing I couldn't complain being this is my favorite spot to go in the morning!
A solid tradition in Benicia for people who appreciate really great coffee. An excellent selection of fresh roasted coffee to enjoy in the shop or for brewing at home. Also a large menu of sandwiches or hot food and definitely the place for Sunday brunch. Sometimes the parking is tight, but it's worth any temporary inconvenience.

Restaurantji Recommends
We came to Benecia to visit a friend and found this place on the walk to her house. We stopped one last time the day we left (3rd time in 5 days). Highly recommend.
