Honestly, I like this Starbucks because they have the special kind of ice I prefer. However, during my recent visit to the drive-thru, an alphabet lady named Kris rushed me through my order, causing me to forget one of my drinks.
When I arrived at the window, she didn’t open it until my other two drinks were ready. When I mentioned that I had forgotten a drink, she told me to go inside and order it.
Although it's not a huge issue, feeling rushed, combined with the lack of courtesy and service, especially in hot weather, defeated the purpose of using the drive-thru and left a bad impression on me.

Undoubtedly the best Starbucks around. The freshest coffee Made on the spot.
Very nice location and the drip coffee was perfect. Lately (different location), the coffee has been watery so I haven't visited in awhile. A pleasant surprise.

This is by far the WORST Starbucks around. I literally live 1 minute away and now I refuse to come here ever again. The last 4 times I have came my "venti" cold brew was half full!! They never don't put in what I ask. On top of my coffee being Short and incorrect I have had to go in the last 3 times I've Ordered to have them fix it. They always seem put out and like they hate thier job. When I went in the second time today because it was done wrong TWICE.. The girls walking out said "don't have the guy make it. He does a bad job and is rude af" He is definitely one of the biggest problems there. Everytime I have had an issue lately He has been making drinks. He hates his job and it is obvious! He always wears a grey beanie and works morning shift. I have started going to the Starbucks Lincoln rd. I only go to the one by my house when I'm short on time. Like this morning. Lincoln Rd staff is so much more polite and makes getting your coffee in the morning a pleasant experience. All the staff are amazing there. Benicia needs to learn how to treat thier clients from the Lincoln rd staff. Thanks For Ruining my Coffee and my morning Benicia. Never AGAIN!!

Great service. My only complaint is that they are understaffed and that everyone could be getting their drinks quicker if more people were working. I come in the afternoons for a frappucino occasionally and have to wait over ten minutes for my drink. I can tell that the staff are working hard but they just have way too many orders coming in it seems like. I really wish these popular businesses were taking better care of their staff

So every time I get there for my pick up……the person that ordered at the counter after I walked in for my pick up… gets their coffee first. Same girl diff. day, has no one noticed this?
