My favorite Starbucks in the Vallejo area. I go to school at SPSV, it’s just a walk away from this store, and I frequent at this location with my friends. All the employees are so incredibly sweet, most especially Jinsu. Two days ago my friend’s card declined when she was trying to pay for her drink and he ever so graciously paid for her drink! You’re the best Jinsu, we hope you’re doing well ☺️

They're all super nice and amazing at multitasking and empathetic to busy times. And their teamwork and working together when it's really busy is very good As i'm observing right now! And they always make my drink on point lol 5 stars, don't mind being a bit late to work to stop by here haha

This is my favorite starbucks out of all of them in Vallejo! Excellent costumer service at any time! Drinks may vary depending on the baristas but my favorite time to go there is between 10am -6pm

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks ever since I was a kid. I’m now an adult and I have to say the workers here are consistent with drinks and customer service in comparison to the disappointment at the Starbucks in Concord at Constra Costa 999 Blvd. (Please get the managers at this Benicia location to mentor those at the Concord location! They definitely need the help!) Great management here with training the baristas in customer service as well as proper drink prep. Love that this Starbucks is open later than most too.

I come to this Starbucks almost every day, and it never disappoints. The staff are always friendly and remember my usual order, which makes the experience feel personal and welcoming. The coffee is consistently great—fresh and exactly how I like it. Plus, the place is clean and comfortable, perfect for grabbing a quick drink or settling in for some work. Definitely my favorite local coffee spot!

Manager in the morning is very rude , she accuses me of calling for incorrect drink and I never called that store at all. She begins to call me racial slurs and states she can see my caller id
