When they got busy, their barista forget to read the orders. I asked for 3/4" SPLASH of 2%..and, what did I get 1/4"..geez luis...never stopping by again.

Honestly this has been the worst Starbucks I've been to. I order my drink and a breakfast burrito. I started looking around and seen how dirty this place looks. The staff was taking forever to make my drink and when I asked how much longer for my drink one girl said "well I don't know" turned and talked to the girl next to her turned and looked at me and started to laugh. These are girls in there 20s I am not up for these kiddy games, it's unfortunate to see so many young people working at these places and don't know the meaning of customer service.

We come to this Starbucks every Tuesday and Thursday evening. This location has the best baristas out of any Starbucks I have been to (and I have been to a lot of them). Every single barista there is kind and welcoming. Nobody makes a Starbucks drink like they do, I've never had a bad coffee from them. They all deserve raises, recognition, and all the good things. Starbucks, you have some good people at the 90 Solano Square location! We appreciate all of you so much!

Great location in a shopping center and no drive through (some people don't like that) but sometimes it is nice to get out of car and interact with people. This place is nice inside and as you get to register the cashier greets us. That does not happen a lot so we appreciated that and she did that for each person that got to her register. We placed our order and the wait was not long. The coffee and bagel were great too. Sorry no pics this time around we were in a hurry and much needed lol.

Restroom closed again. I have seen employees use them when they were closed. I was told they close the restroom when they are under staffed to reduce work.
