Every time I come to this subway location in the Southampton Plaza I always place my order and if something that is wrong with you like going to the bathroom really bad they are so nice to me. Every time I need something. This is best service for me.

Please avoid ordering from the Southampton Plaza Subway. I placed an order using the Subway app, taking advantage of the buy one footlong, get one free offer. When I arrived at the scheduled pickup time, there were no other customers, but the staff member had difficulty locating my order.As he began making the sandwich, despite my clear request for salami only without bologna or turkey, the staff member refused to continue making the sandwich as requested. He insisted that salami was an extra charge and argued with me for at least five minutes, during which he became increasingly hostile. Ultimately, he declared the sandwich free and threw the meat into the tray.The situation was so uncomfortable that I almost considered contacting the local police department. Despite my request, he refused to issue a refund and dismissively wished me "good luck" when I mentioned lodging a complaint.I've since contacted Subway headquarters three days ago but have not received any response. Meanwhile, the charge for the sandwiches I did not receive remains on my card. Additionally, I've been informed by a friend that cockroaches have been seen at this location and reported. Moreover, I've observed instances where staff do not change gloves after handling items from the floor while continuing to prepare sandwiches.

? very bad service, they serve you with no desire to sell you and with a bad mood for the customer. I understand that we all have bad days but almost the majority of the time I go to this establishment they are always towards... friend, if you are not happy in your job, look for yourself another don't get stuck in something you don't like to do

Never had an issue here. Staff is very pleasant and accommodating. Not all coupons work here… yes, because it’s privately owned. Nonetheless, I enjoy a sandwich here all the time.

They refused my Subway coupon saying it didn't include Roastbeef, but the coupon didn't say no roastbeef. He told me I could have turkey instead. I asked for my coupon back, and went to another Subway that didn't give me any problems!Wow, and this is the second time they treated me rudely, and made me wait while there was no one else in the store. While they were focused on stocking, and not customers waiting. I see why now, because they are nasty to people. I won't return to this Subway again, not even if I'm starving to death. What a waste of time.
