Very rude and racist staff member! I went in to purchase a bottled water and also requested plastic utensils. The waiter that was the issue said to me "what do you want" to me upon my entering in. When I informed him of what I wanted he looked at the manager who told him "it's fine" and was then presented with the water. Upon asking for utensils I was just given a fork. When we reached the front counter to settle up I asked about a knife in which the waiter said they don't have it and then went on to add that "this isn't a steak house" in a sarcastic manner. I then decided to get my money back. The guy was standoffish but agreed to give me the refund. I explained that I didn't appreciate his demeanor towards me as well as the comment and will not enable it by giving my money to the business. He then responded by saying "it's cool, we don't want your kind here anyway." At that point I requested to speak with the manager. The manager was complicit and gave a fake apology. Never coming to this place again since "my kind" isn't welcome there. My suggestion would be to find somewhere else eat since they clearly have preference of who's able to eat there and who's not. Terrible.
Disappointed with their Chow Mein & Fried Rice. Chow Mein was pale and bland in taste. Seemed like food was done hurriedly. However, the lady who took our order was very nice and friendly.

Been wanting to try this place for a long time and decided to show up around 735 with my family. I guess they decided to turn us away and say take out only when they clearly had people eating inside. They close my 930. What a waste of my time to drive so far for disappointment.

Good food and good portions. They have been here for over 30 years. Tasty Szechwan Chicken and Honey Walnut Prawns. I had a good time here.
I don’t recommend eating here. They refuse service because we had our service dog.

We are new to this area, ate here twice, will not insult my taste buds again! Will cross the Martinez bridge, pay the toll, patronize other chinese restaurants we've eaten at before. My daughter lives in SF, we love eating chinese in the city, she finds the good ones. As much as I hate Panda's, I'll go there just for a fix.
Food was flavorless, and not fresh tasting. I had a stomach ache all night. I can say with confidence that this was the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. The woman that took our order was not helpful at all. I asked a simple question about how many people would the rice order serve and she said “I don’t know how much you eat” lol. Restaurant had flys. Yuck. Save your money, what a rip off!

great food and service! the Szechuan chicken is my go to here
While the food and atmosphere were just average, the service was disturbing. The host/waiter was less than happy with something or someone. We were one of only two groups in the dining area. And yet we distinctly got the impression he didn't want to be serving us and was hoping for customers to get take-out orders. Will revisit in a year if other reviews show this not to be a pattern. For now, there are plenty of other options.

Though I only ordered soup(s), my favorite being the Hot and Sour soup, I have not been disappointed with the quality of their food(s). I have lived in Benicia over 40+ years. I am glad they have survived the Pandemic but like other businesses, they experience good and bad days. I will continue to support them via Dine-in and take out. Cindy and Sam are good people.

Ordered Mongolian Beef and a side of rice on Door Dash for $30. Mongolian Beef was just awful - TASTELESS. I called and the lady kept repeating over and over “we never get complaints”. She didn’t offer ANY recourse…I hate complaining about local businesses but $30 is a lot of money. And so,
I’m complaining. It was garbage and that’s exactly where it is right now. In the garbage can. Never again. Beware!
