we generally use the drive through line to pick up food. service is good and the people who work there are very efficient and pleasant.

Nothing like ending a 11 hour shift to picking up food and getting home and realizing half of it is missing. Its not like theres a list they have of what belongs in the order. Too tired to drive back to deal with it, just avoid this place. Workers also ignored me for a long time at the drive through window.

The tacos were really fresh. Lettuce like it was just cut and dash cheese. Shells very crunchy!

This location is great. A lot needs to change the whole management. The whole staff. It is ridiculous how poor communication and lack of customer service is. Also, this is the only one that opens late at 10 like where is the breakfast when you need it? Language barrier, it's another issue. quality wise of my food was completely garbage. I order a steak burrito and there were only 3 pieces of steak and a bunch of leftover steak sauce in the burrito. I was very upset. Please change the management change all the staff we need a well-functioning taco bell that opens early for breakfast like 7:00. Make this Taco Bell great again.

These people are disgusting and don't care how they handle your food. Watch how they touch screen, touch food, touch headset, touch food. Also observe how they leave the tortillas and food out on the stainless steel after heating THEM. Clothes dirty and stained. They will refuse to give you the number to management to complain. Threat people do not follow ServSafe guidelines. Look at the tortillas just laying around on two separate occasions. DISGUSTING.

So I went there with my grandpa, who is not use to kiosk,. He went up to the counter and politely asked an employee if he could order with her and pay cash. She rudely said no, go to kiosk. So he asked her to help him..she refused, all while just standing their gossiping with another employee. She told him to go to drive thru if he couldn't figure it out....he told her we were walking and didn't come I. A vehicle. So she said to walk to panda express...

Ordered a chicken quesadilla and never other things. I asked 3 times to not add beef to my food but they still added beef. Plus never got my chicken quesadilla, despite the fact they charged me for it. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had.
