The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff, including Collin, are kind and personable. The kung Pao Brussels sprouts are described as amazing, but be cautious of nut allergies as they contain walnuts. The pistachio ice cream is highly recommended, while the fish and chips may not be to everyone's taste due to the mushy fish and thin, flat fries. The restaurant's cellar location can be chilly, so dressing warmly is advisable. Despite some minor issues, the exceptional customer service and delicious dishes make The Cellar a five-star dining experience.
