They could not give me cold wings and cold fries plus my drink was nasty

Hello and welcome to another Hungry Guy in a Wheelchair restaurant review.. Today’s review is Wingstop in Manchester, NH… If you’re rolling in hungry and craving some solid wings, WingStop has got you covered. Let’s break it down: Getting in was smooth. The parking lot had reasonable wheelchair-accessible spaces, and the entrance didn’t give me any trouble. Inside tho the curb cut was way off on the other side of the lot, the layout was open enough to navigate without playing bumper cars with tables 😂. The place has a casual, clean vibe with an open kitchen, so you can see your food being made. Staff were friendly and quick to help if needed. Now for the food and they give you 3 choices of sauces—honey mustard, ranch, and blue cheese. We all went for the 3 piece wings with a side of spicy fries too shares my friend Anna Costa-Turner went with the original hot flavor . I went with the Atomic flavor (hottest they have and it did its job well), if you ever wonder why it’s called Atomic you’ll see why. My mom went for chicken tenders with the mild.. Big portions, fair prices. Everything came in takeout containers with plastic utensils, which actually made life easier when it was time to pack up leftovers. Good food, good service, and easy access—what more could a hungry guy in a wheelchair ask for? If you’re in the area and craving wings, this spot’s worth the stop. I give this spot an overall rating of 9.1/10.

I loved Wingstop. I keep going back expecting better. I’ve gone to multiple locations around St.Louis. I guess I’m finally done, I’m tired is being disappointed. They give you options for well done and extra seasoning. It is never well done and very rarely do you get extra seasoning. Just sell me the lemon pepper seasoning and fries seasoning. It’s not worth the money to have your order wrong every time.

There is no point in ordering over the phone. I placed an order in over the phone. I was told it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. When I arrived 15 latter I had to wait an additional 15 mins. I asked about the delay and was told they don’t start cooking phone orders until you show up at the restaurant because some customers don’t show up.
I wish they were honest when taking the phone orders and inform you that they will not start the order until after you show up.

Door dash pick up dropped the ball and somehow couldn't process my order and claimed i would get an instant refund or credit
Neither happened/my momey to reorder was gone, and the phone was not working when I called the establishment. Fortunately the manager was present and was accommodating
The staff was kind and figured it out with patience and understanding

Tried to order on Sunday, no orders were being taken. Ordered on Monday and they forgot half our order. Tried to call and it went straight to a full voicemail box. Absolutely worst customer service. Don’t order from the Clayton Wingstop

Ordered 150 boneless wings and was only given 8 sauces. When I called to complain. The manager tried to tell me that fifteen wings can be covered by one container of sauce. I hung up. Also only got two containers of veggies when I was supposed to get six. They put them in a bigger container, making it look like they gave you more when they don't. very disappointed. Wanted to give the west central cheerleaders a great meal before their first away football game and it was completely a bust. Not enough sauce. Not enough ranch.

Ordered 3 different meals, 2 being boneless, and 1 classic. They decided to put all the boneless in one container with 3 different flavors, we ordered separate meals for a reason. The boneless we eatable, but the classic wings were dry, hard and barely any sauce, mostly oil on the bottom of the container. Took the classic meal back and they said NO REFUNDS. Manager was called and he grabbed a wing and tried to break it in half to show me it's not hard, but he was unsuccessful and says to the employee "yeah go ahead and refund, but this is the ONLY time." The employee struggled for 10 minutes with the register to refund the one meal. I did not like the pressure of them insisting I do a 5 STAR review to get ANY free item with my order today. I did survey after and it says FREE FRY ON YOUR NEXT ORDER within 14 days not any item for 5 stars. I choose to not return to this location.

Food was cold & tasteless. They don’t have the custom soda machine. All soda in their machine is flat besides the Orange Fanta. A complete waste of $29. Never again.

This review has nothing to do with the establishment or its workers. This review is totally about the exoberate price of the food. 6 PC $18, 8pc $22, 10 PC $24. I recall getting a 10pc for no more than $12 back in the day. Now everything is double the price. Unfortunately, this will be thee last time I will eat at any wingstop. RIP Wingstop. I will be cooking my wings at home from now on.

We used the app to order delivery and received order confirmation. Then I got notified that our food had been delivered but there was nothing there. I called the store and they said they don’t deliver and said I must’ve used a delivery service - I had not. They told me to come pick it up. So even though the app has a delivery option from that store to my house, even though I received confirmation of my delivery order, even though the delivery itself was confirmed, even after all of that they tried to gaslight me into thinking I’d used a delivery service.
