Beautiful interior, amazing food and lovely service made our special night more special. Our final bite of red snapper nigiri was the highlight of the meal. Been here twice now and it's becoming our favorite sushi spot. Run, don't walk to Akemi!
Honestly, I was surprised with how fast the food came out and how premium it tasted. The sushi was fresh, and the ramen was incredible. The ambiance of the restaurant was also chill & upscale without breaking the bank.
Akemi's food consistently impresses us. We brought friends who also really liked the food, particularly the kale "salad" (which is really more like a soup) and the fried Brussel sprouts appetizer. My tekka rolls were quite tasty. It was a Sunday night, and the restaurant was already filling up. As such, we had different servers, and it took a while for our food to arrive.
