I was hesitant to come back after I had a bad experience a year ago before they rebranded; which a lot of the older reviews reflect. VERY happy to say that they've improved significantly, I got the five spice chicken with an iced coffee and both are fantastic. Meat tastes great and the bread is perfect. Worth giving them another shot if you started avoiding this place like I did before. Friendly staff too.

Hard to find decent banh mi near berkeley but this was pretty good! id recommend the combo and the thai green tea is so good

the pack A and B (full size banh mi/spring rolls + drink) IS SUCH A GOOD DEAL AND SO DELISH i always get the sea salt coffee + five spice chicken banh mi and it is so flavorful and the coffee is not too sweet! one of my favorite post-study bites

Unfortunately disappointing… Maybe the worst bahn mi I have ever had… I ordered the veggie sandwich which lacked flavor, was mostly bread and had a filling that I have absolutely no idea what it actually was…
There’s no human interaction/ customer service here, you self-order on a screen and your item gets placed on a rack while a robot says your name & number for you to pick-up.
