Very good food with great variety and special dishes..my favorite is stuffed eggplant with green curry over rice..so good.Staff doesn't always speak English but menus are by picture with English descriptions...they stay open late too..I live in Monterey but make sure I go-to Bangkok whenever I'm in the area!!

This place is so awesome. Freshest of the fresh ingredients. Simply amazing! I’d give it twelve stars if I could. Probably the best drunken noodles I’ve ever had and I’ve had a lot to compare them too.

My late night gem! The service, the food, and the hours. But the food… oh man it’s good. Duck soup, pad see ew, Tom kha noodles… so delicious and fair priced!

Be careful - They automatically add 15% gratuity to your bill (our group size was 5). I didn't pay attention and ended up tipping twice. I wish they had informed me when they returned the bill after charging my card.We had some doubts about this place when we went because it was empty. The food was okay. They have a lot of food options to pick from, and a lot of their dishes can be made vegetarian. The food was cheap, so that's a big plus.

My go to place. I’ve been to nearly all the Thai restaurants in the area and keep coming back to this one. There’s never a wait, the food is always hearty, very delicious and satisfying, great portions, very affordable, fast service. This is the place that I always bring friends when they’re in Berkeley. It’s also the only place that’s open after 8:30, when most restaurants close, and after 10, when Triple Rock’s kitchen closes. Spats might be serving meals late but it is a bar & restaurant with minimal lighting and is noisy (it’s a bar). So, if you’re in town for a show, and didn’t grab food first, you don’t have a choice but to come here. But you’ll be glad for it! Bangkok is reliably delicious and relaxed. A nice space to catch up with friends and decompress.

I ordered curry and the first bite had a hair in it. so i called to ask for a refund and they told me i had to come in person to get it. showed up at 2:45 2 days later due to time constraints and the door is locked, there is a woman changing her baby on the main dining table?? i called the business and they didn’t pick up. the woman opens the door for me and i say hi, im here about the hair in my food. she says “oh you came yesterday though” i was like ?? no i did not i have no idea what you’re talking about. she walks away to get my money and comes back with less than the total amount for the curry alone nevermind the rest of the food we threw out. she informs me that a DIFFERENT person complained about there being a hair in their food yesterday too! multiple instances of bad food safety and the baby on the table ? pass

Great food at cheap prices. The Thai fried rice is great, and the lunch special is a great deal. Highly recommend!

Delicious late night restaurant in Berkeley. The service was fast and the food was just perfect. The Pad Kea Maw was the best I have had in the Bay Area.

I've been coming to this spot for years. Solid choice for a low price and generous portions. One great feature is their late hours. I once got off a late flight and took bart back. Total ghost town but this spot was still open at midnight. Lots of good memories here. For food I'd recommend the s10: chicken over rice.
