We tried the veggie shio and veggie shoyu ramen, both were good. I usually like my ramen to be more creamy, so these options are not my favorite. Service was great. Some homeless person had put their stuff right in front of the main door to the restaurant, which felt a little unwelcoming.. but the vibe within the restaurant was great.
I love the Bansho Ultimate Ramen so much that I literally haven't ever ordered anything else here. The best ramen I've ever had anywhere, but I can't comment on anything else. It's loud if there are lots of people there.
We started with the Karaage, Japanese-style fried chicken, which was flavorful and had a nice kick of ginger. However, when it came to the Tonkotsu Traditional pork bone broth ramen, we were left wanting more. The broth lacked the richness and depth of flavor we expected from a tonkotsu broth, which was disappointing.On a brighter note, the Bansho Ultimate Ramen offered a more satisfying experience.
