They offer quality ice cream and the company overall is socially conscious/responsive. Unfortunately, their cake offerings are misleading. When ordering online, there were options for fillings like "crumbled brownies." Unfortunately, I didn't see that in the cake.

On Saturday, 12/17/22 at approximately 4:45 pm, we were celebrating a college graduation. Bought several cones for my guests and then a sundae for myself. The worker began to assemble my sundae, added hot fudge and handed it towards me. I asked for whipped cream and she said they've been out all day. I'm like whatever, as she didn't seem to think anything about it. What is a sundae if there's no whipped cream?!!! Isn't this two scoops in a cup??? She should have told me from the beginning and I wouldn't have ordered and paid for a sundae! So stupid, but I didn't want to make a scene with my guests there and we were celebrating. Would you charge for a cheeseburger and not put cheese in it? Makes no sense.

We went to pick out a ready-made ice cream cake for my birthday. We asked for a strawberry cheesecake ice cream flavor, and when we cut it open at home, it was vanilla and fudge caramel chips, with caramel layer in the middle. Unfortunately I hate caramel, so I was quite disappointed.If we pay $50 for a cake, the least they can do is give us the correct one.

Didn't get to ask the employee's name because he kept trying to cut me off. He is black, skinny guy, medium height. Please look into this employee. I received incredibly bad and rude service from him today! I ordered an ice cream cake online and came to the store on a Friday morning, around 11:15, to pick up. The store was locked. No one was there and no one picked up the phone. I stood there waiting for 5 minutes outside the store. Still no one. As I was walking back to my apartment, I tried calling one more time. A man picked up the phone and when I asked him weren't they supposed to be open by 11 am, he just said "Well we're open now" and hung up on me before I could say anything else. Rude!! When I got to the store, I inquired about the business hours again and why no one had been there when I came to pick up my cake. Perhaps was there a discrepancy between the website pickup times and actual hours? He said, "well we're open now." I said, "yes i can see you're open, but my cake order was set for pickup at 11, so I'm just wondering why wasn't anyone here?" Then he said, "I was in the bathroom. The cake's behind you," and just would not explain or apologize or anything! If an employee is going to be away from the counter, shouldn't some notice be posted up on the door? I didn't even know when I could come back and who has time to go chasing after rogue employees?! Will not be returning. Everyone beware of this store's customer service!!!

WHEN: 01-06-22 Go to a grocery store. Go to a convenience store. Go to a liquor store. It doesn't matter where you go because you'll always see a pint of prepackaged Ben & Jerry's ice cream. Those little rascals are everywhere. And obviously, there are an abundant amount of pints in their ice cream parlors. You could even get them freshly packed! Great now I sound like an ad for Ben & Jerry's! I went to their brick and mortar parlor and I got a small cup filled with Milk and Cookies ice cream with a topping of chocolate sprinkles. I know I was talking about pints earlier, but in the last second, I decided to go for a small scoop. It's healthier I guess. The person who served me was nice and polite. I mean, they should be. Everyone is nice when they are surrounded by ice cream! As for my ice cream, the Milk and Cookies tasted amazing! Tasted like, well... milk and cookies. For me, the ice cream itself had the perfect amount of sweetness. The chocolate sprinkles gave the ice cream some crunch. If I'm near this place, and I'm craving ice cream. Well I might just come here.
