Firstly this place has never been a deli but it is across the street from a community garden and next door to old bootstraper. Which is a fried chicken joint. Bob’s liquors has been around in the city of Berkeley since the city of Berkeley was primarily black it’s 250 ft.² worth of alcohol and $.50 bags of chips it’s clearly still in the neighborhood for nostalgia and that’s OK with us. There’s no price difference there’s no reason to go here except for nostalgia.

1. There is no sign at the location that it is a UHaul. Somehow you have to figure out that Bob's Liquor is the UHaul place.
2. I checked in the day before, and it still took half an hour to get my truck.
3. They forgot to include the dolly I ordered.
4. The gas tank was almost completely empty.
5. They charged me twice.

I always feel like I'm spending more than I should be when grabbing items here. The receipts the business provides only lists the final total due, along with the amount you paid. The individual items are not listed, making it impossible to verify if everything was charged correctly once you leave.
