I ordered the chicken and waffles with habanero salsa and it was exquisite. The food came out nice and hot (probably made to order by the sounds of the kitchen?) and was packed with flavor. Well seasoned, cooked beautifully, and not greasy at all. I'm excited to come back and try other offerings on their menu.

Veryyyy good meal! I got the Bahn Mi burger and it was so stacked wih hunks of meat i could barely get my mouh around it! 20$ may seem like a lot for a burger but they ALL come with a healthy order of perfectly crispy frys (or salad) so that makes em in the norm for this area. My only gripe was since it is ALL outdoor seating (and no restroom) i had a yellow jacket that would fight me for my food...but i still won ;)

We spent $80 on lunch and they wouldn’t even let my daughter use their bathroom.
Forgivable if lunch was good but it was pretty bad :/ burgers and shrimp both super over cooked.

Nice little restaurant in the cut , big food coming across the window! Take your time to find this little gem just off San Pablo in Berkeley. I had a tri-tip sandwich, it was so big I literally needed a cherry picker to get it out of the box. Tri-tip with thinly sliced seasoned with salt and perfect smoke , super tender and bathed in coleslaw . French fries were so amazing everybody at the table just helped themselves. You definitely want to get another order of those if you're with friends. It's rare that you find a homemade fry that's actually good these people do it extremely well. My friend is a fan of waffles and pancakes and was thrilled to see a waffle on the menu that was also fabulous. Mac and cheese was tasty and came in as one of the cheapest items on the menu but didn't lack flavor or size. Can't wait to come back.
