This is definitely the most unique dining hall. Croads feels like a giant food court in a mall. Cafe 3 feels like a typical dining hall at any school. Foothill - I'd say it feels like a hotel lodge. I'm not sure what Clark Kerr's vibe is, but it's definitely different.
Quality of food here is also excellent, and you get some really good options. Seating might be a little tight but it's not so horrible. Nice vibes, nice area, and it's just pretty enjoyable.

The food here is disgusting. Im staying here for a week and almost everyday the food has been horrible. And the service here is RIDICULOUS ! The ladies here are so freaking rude. I was walking in and saw a lady yelling and fighting with the adults that seemed to be running a camp. I know kids can be a bit much but to be so RUDE to children is not acceptable. And to top it off they gave me burnt pizza :(

I have been eating at the Clark Kerr Dining Hall now for 3 years and it rarely disappoints compared to the other UC Berkeley Dining Halls. It is 10 steps above any other dining hall and I actually feel as if the food is cooked with love here. There are times where I actually leave feeling happy and enjoyed the meal I had. If I didn't have a meal plan I would still come here every now and again to eat a bunch of food for $13. I think what makes this dining hall my favorite is the peaceful atmosphere and nostalgic music. I even have taken my great aunt and great grandma here and we feasted and about 6 months later, they still can't stop talking about how great the food was. The only thing I truly dislike is how sometimes I am limited to a piece or two of salmon or catfish and have to circle around a bunch of times until I finally get the amount I want. Overall, I am satisfied with the quality of food and the great atmosphere that Clark Kerr Dining provides.

They have good "street tacos" now and then, but their celebration roast is nothing to celebrate. Overall; they taste like a white midwestern person is trying to cook ethnic food, the dinner line is death, and the good desert will always run out before you get there.

The pizza is always good, and go for the soft serve machines by the cereal dispensers. Saturday and Sunday brunch are a must have if you're on a Berkeley meal plan.
