Everyone in our group enjoyed the food: collard greens, black beans, brown rice, bitter greens salad, flautas and more. Waitress generously offered a taste of the soup so that our friend could see if it was too spicy for her. Waitress was also very forthright about there being variations in the spiciness from night to night, so that was very helpful. The system they have installed for dampening noise helps greatly--we appreciated that aspect since so many restaurants are noisy.
The food was great, and our server was very patient with us, as we were sort of slow to make up our minds. We also appreciated the sound system, as we were a group of friends who hadn't seen each other in about two years and we had a lot to talk about.
Had not been in several years and it stood the test of time. We will be back. Delicious guacamole and chips, yummy entree's and lovely cocktails. Great service too. A perfect place to celebrate my birthday!
