A small but excellently designed menu. Apps, Salads, pastas and entrees. Well thought out choices. This is not a typical Italian-pile of tomato pasta type of restaurant. Service was excellent. The server was familiar with the wines. The restaurant was busy, but the food came out timely. We have eaten here many times, and plan to return soon.
We were in a small section by the window, which, in normal circumstances, would have been a nice, intimate setting. But, given there was a VIP next to our table, at least 5 separate employees came to their table, and other guests, to say hello, and have a lengthy conversation with them, with one employee leaning against the window next to us, to talk with them. We needed to eat quickly since we were going to a concert and our server could not have been more accommodating. The food was great and our friends really enjoyed their meals. Wonderful evening.
