Absolutely recommend, every time we’ve had the food, we eat it all and the flavors on each dish are off the charts. Definitely one of the best food trucks in town!

By far the best Italian food here in Reno. It's hard to find good places to eat here in Reno these days that have you wanting to come back for more, CosaNostra is one of those cases where they do everything right. The Fettuccine Alfredo is the best I've ever had at any Italian food establishment. Freshly made pasta with elegant Alfredo sauce that'll have you salivating with each bite. Their Arancini bites are a whole different animal, never in my life have I every had a fried cheese ball make me shed a tear with happiness. Unlike anything I've ever had in my life. If you want high quality food with exceptional customer service, look no further than CosaNostra. The exaggeration in this review is justified, you have to try them for yourself!

Just had some Penna with tomato sauce and mushrooms tonight at Food Truck Friday's. Delicious. The young guy asked me to try the classic cannoli with pistachio and I did. It was just to die for. Best cannoli ever. Definitely recommend this place.

We saw that Cosa Nostra was going to be in our area again on Saturday at Ranchers Feed and Supply in Lemmon Valley. We thought we would check them out again because it was so good the first time. We arrived about 5pm and it was not as busy as the last time we stopped in and we were able to place our order right away. We each ordered an entree and decided to again get an order of the meat and cheese Arancini, these were so delicious last time! We learned they roll them by hand. We chatted with John and Glennie, the owners as John prepared our food and learned that like myself he is a Navy Submarine Vet. It was nice to get to know them and we told them how nice it is to have them in the area providing delicious food in the North Valleys. They shared that they secured this spot at Ranchers Feed and Supply two nights per week in addition to their other locations. If you haven't checked them out yet - don't wait, everything is delicious!

Had amazing food from here last night! Fresh homemade pasta! The kids even lived it. They also use reusable/recyclable containers which is so awesome and a great idea! Will definitely be eating here again.

A food truck that serves freshly made pasta dishes from scratch? Colored me surprised that Cosa Nostra Pasta Truck is not only around, but thriving in various locations they happen to make throughout the East Bay thanks to being based out of Berkeley. Fresh and traditional Italian dishes, including house made pastas are all here. Made with all the seasonal and local ingredients that one would expect out of an Italian restaurant, just this venue isn't what one would expect: a mobile food truck, and a nice one at that. They even smartly showcase all of their raw pasta noodles freshly rolled into balls ready to be boiled and rice balls ready to be fried in a window right in front of their food truck, talk about truth in advertising! I happened to discover Cosa Nostra after attending an event at the nearby Craneway Pavilion in Richmond and as luck would have it, they were the only food truck on the premises, so as our party was leaving for our cars we noticed the Cosa Nostra parked and we were intrigued with the menu as they smartly showed off six of their specialty pasta dishes that were as varied as as a Vegetarian Pasta Primavera to a Spaghetti Tomato Ragu with Meatballs. They even have a build your own pasta dish section on their menu. Even though I wasn't super hungry, I knew I had to order something as I really was intrigued with how the pasta was made in a little mobile kitchen. So I ordered Tony's Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken and Mushrooms, and my fellow diner ordered the Pappardelle Alfredo with Italian Sausage and Mushrooms, and we decided to split a serving of their Herb Foccacia Bread, in addition to one appetizer they have on their menu their Four Cheese Arancini, which were stuffed rice balls coated in bread crumbs then deep fried and served with a side of Marinara sauce. Every pasta dish was rich and creamy and filled with an abundance of ingredients so much so I only finished half of my meal and took the rest home thanks to the handy to-go box that my meal was served in. I found the bread warm with every bite and nicely seasoned with plenty of herbs. The only thing was I found the Arancini balls lacking in style and flavor, so much so I chose not to even finish the one ball I sampled so that was a real disappointment. My total bill was fourteen dollars total, and for a complete meal like this you cannot beat a price like that. Would I return to sample more dishes from the Costa Nostra Pasta Truck in the future? In an Italian minute, just so I could sample more of their flavorful dishes and to try that Pistachio Cannoli that was calling my name but I didn't seem to have room for this time around, but next time, they may not be so lucky!

One of those rare trucks where you get a good portion, friendly service and a tasty meal you can relate to. Pick and choose your own pasta dish make it worthy of your tastebuds. Would definitely recommend the Cannoli's for a nice rounded Italian finish. FYI the truck is not permanently, closed was down for the winter season!
